Home has an open floor plan that makes it seem bigger than it is. Kitchen is good sized and has peninsula with 3 stools along with large table that seats 7. Enjoy the main level living area & its vaulted ceilings as well as the expansive windows that give you a breathtaking view of the lake. Deck contains grill and plenty of seating with a set of stairs that lead down to the walkway to the dock or exit through the basement slider to get to the water. This home is located at the 4 mile marker of the Gravois arm of Lake of the Ozarks. It is off the beaten path a bit by land but right in the thick of things in regards to the main attractions on the lake. We have parking enough for 6 vehicles. There is no room for trailer or RV parking. While we are not located on the ‘busy’ side of the lake the town of Laurie is only 15 minutes away and the shops in Osage are only 45 minutes away.
