Not to mention it’s located right on the world famous Kaanapali beach. Across the street you’ll find a 24 hour super market, snorkel rental, restaurants, and more. Just down the street is a farmers market and famous ABC convenience store. Needless to say, we did our research before buying at Kaanapali Shores.

When remodeling our unit, we invested in our unit with the understanding that for us this is a second home, we will have many friends and family staying in our unit, and that if it’s clean, comfortable, and feels like home, you’ll tell others and come back year after year. We’re confident the unique features we’ve invested in will pay for themselves and you’ll notice the difference.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Prior to checking out, we ask that all items belonging to the unit are returned to where you found them; ensure that DVD’s are ejected from the player and back in their cases, games are put away, etc.
We also ask that you hand wash any kitchen appliances or serving platters that are not machine washable. Please place any other dishes in the dishwasher and run the cycle.
If you’d like to help out our cleaner, you can start a load of laundry for her, but ensure that linens make it to the dryer before you leave as at times the next guest does not check in for days.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our stay was incredible! We loved the spacious accommodations, fully equipped living spaces and kitchen. We loved the location and how close it was to the beach. If you love waking up, sitting on the lanai and watching the sunset - this place is for you. The rental instructions made it possible for us to really enjoy the local areas and also get acclimated to island including excursions and other activities and things to do on our vacation.

This property and unit are amazing! The best part about the unit is the location...ground level, close to beach, ocean views, close to pools and restaurant. We'd definitely stay here again! It was close to great restaurants, food trucks, Whalers, Black Rock, Honolua Bay. What more could you want? Thank you Arthur!

Perfect location for a family getaway!

Our family of four (two adults and two young kids) had an incredible stay! We loved being on the ground floor—just steps from the pools, the restaurant, and of course, the beach. The location couldn’t have been better. We would occasionally wake up to music from the restaurant during breakfast, but it was never a bother and totally worth it for the convenience.Arthur’s unit was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed, including kid-friendly dishes, beach toys, and a pack-and-play for our youngest. We especially appreciated not having to bring that ourselves (just a tip for future guests—the mattress is stored under the bedroom bed).Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would absolutely love to stay at Arthur’s condo again next time!

We have stayed at this resort before and loved the location of this unit. You really are steps from the ocean, pool and restaurant/bar. The unit is clean and comfortable. We used the master bedroom and slept amazingly. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. We cooked breakfast each day and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is well stocked with cookware and dishes. Seasonings too. There is a closet with lots of things to use for your fun in the sun. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler and more toys etc. The lanai was our favorite place for morning coffee and it has a view of the ocean and sunsets. The beach was really nice we swam and snorkeled, saw lots of fish and a couple of turtles. The pools heated, clean and relaxing. Perfect week! Mahalo

Awesome stay

My wife and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and had a fantastic time. The proximity to the beach, pool, and bar cannot be beat, and the unit was incredibly homey and well stocked. Great Condo w/ close Pool & Beach Access!

This condo was perfect for our trip to Maui! Our kids (5 & 8) absolutely LOVED being so close to both pools and the beach!!! It was so convenient having the bar/restaurant right next door too! The staff was friendly, parking was easy and Arthur was great host and very attentive! We look forward to staying here again in the near future!

Great location

The unit was clean and comfortable. As advertised, it was a short walk to the sand and water and closer still to the pools and on-grounds restaurant. It easy walking distance to a grocery store, local restaurants and food trucks, and a short drive to popular restaurants and an outdoor mall with upscale shopping and other areas of interest. We enjoyed our stay and quickly felt relaxed and happy we chose this rental.

However, we love the perfect climate and beaches of Hawaii and always find time to visit the islands once if not several times per year. In our opinion Hawaii is one of the most beautiful and relaxing places in the world.
Arthur has always dreamed of owning a place in Maui for his family to enjoy for years to come. In the summer of 2008, that dream of owning property in Maui became a reality.
After many months of detailed research, we settled on the Kaanapali Shores property as being the best property, in the greatest location, as well as the best value we could get for our money. It was a place we definitely wanted to return to year after year, and with the extensive renovations we completed on our unit, we made it into an extraordinary “home away from home”. The way Aiden’s face lights up every moment we are there make it worth every penny and we look forward to many, many more trips to Maui together.
