Welcome to our exquisite waterfront home. A one-of-a-kind beauty with unobstructed, expansive views of the Caloosahatchee River in the most sought-after area of Cape Coral. Soaring high ceilings, over 4,000 sqft of light, airy and open plan living space, it also offers direct gulf access and only 1.3 miles from Cape Coral Yacht Club. Every detail in this riverfront home is meticulously thought out, with custom finishes throughout, and a beautiful contemporary-coastal design. Our favorite room is the master bedroom which offers great luxury and amazing views along with a private deck.

Enjoy the large heated freshwater swimming pool, or grill out and await the perfect sunset. Moonrises every so often are also amazingly beautiful. The privacy offered and the beauty of the large palm trees and beautiful views truly form the perfect oasis.

Amenity and convenience wise, this is also the perfect location. A private neighborhood with little to no traffic, is in the immediate vicinity of fine dining, shopping and the Cape Coral shopping district. In addition, we are 2-3 minutes from the Cape Coral bridge and short drive to Ft Myers, Ft Myers Beaches, and Sanibel island.

Note:
(4 beds - 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 pullout couches, one large wrap around couch and two large recliners round out the 16 person sleep accommodation. There is also plenty of room for blow-up mattresses with 2 on site, please request these specifically if needed.)

Very nice property in a great location

The house is very nice and sits on a great lot with really nice water views. The owner was very responsive whenever we needed any questions answered. Big house with a great layout and a great kitchen. And the kids enjoyed the pool and fishing off the seawall. I will definitely stay again!

Waterfront Property! Enough Said!

Enjoyed our stay. Close to several great restaurants. Fished everyday right off the dock! Enjoyed the beautiful views especially from the master suite. Very relaxing and as usual the locals are very friendly and outgoing. Owner was very helpful. Serenity, location, waterfront. We watched the fireworks from the backyard.

Spring Break Family/Friends Getaway

The property location is great, beautiful views and sunrises! The pool was a nice accommodation. Property manager/owner was very responsive, and helpful when we had trouble with the cable/WiFi router the 1st night. Only negative would be the house needs some updating as a few blinds and etc were not working and some of the outside areas could use a good clean-up. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Very nice--only suggestion would be to put highlighter tape on flooring in living room near stairs and laundry room. Easy to miss a stair if lights are not on. Great location and beautiful views!

Beautiful and Peaceful Location!!!

Location, Location, Location!!! The location of this home is nestled perfectly on the shore of the Caloosahatchee River, in a quiet residential neighborhood. The views of the river are truly amazing from the house and the pool. The pool itself is amazing, we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the pool and patio. We enjoyed watching the dolphins, and manatees swimming by, all the different boats, as well as the many bird species that flew by, not to mention the amazingly beautiful sunrises for the early risers like me. The house is a short drive to many amazing restaurant, as well as beaches. Jason the property owner and Penny the property manager were great and easy to communicate with. They were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay at this awesome home again. We didn’t want to leave. Jeff F.

Next best thing to oceanfront

This is a gorgeous property with a breathtaking view and beautiful, large pool. We enjoyed time around the fire pit as well. The large yard offered a great space to play volleyball. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time. This property was fixed up quickly after the hurricane and they did a fantastic job, however the house does still need attention to multiple small details like all the blinds that don't work, lightbulbs out, stovetop fan & light and an oven not functional, etc. The pool water was low and only after our discovery that the hose valve into the heater was turned off, did it start filling and consequently the pool could start heating. The "spa" is the same temp as the pool. The abandoned property next door needs a bunch of bleach poured into their pool to stop the mosquito colonies. But overall this place offers a great space for a large family, and the view makes everything worth it! Also, the host is very friendly and super responsive!!

Holiday in Paradise!

Stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend with the entire family. Check in was a breeze and straightforward, the house has ample parking and even the option of using a garage if needed. From the moment you enter, the expansive windows in the living room draw you to the amazing waterfront view. If you're looking for space to stretch out with the family, this place has it. The pool was great, and the outdoor kitchen made evenings fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed our outdoor time from beautiful Sunrises to Sunsets. My nephew caught a few fish from the dock and it was definitely a highlight of the trip. While we are on the dock, it is brand new and made me wish I had more time to bring our boat! Very convenient water access, minutes from the Gulf. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. It let us prep all the Thanksgiving plates without feeling cramped for space. The 3 bedrooms downstairs have comfortable beds (Queen) and 2 of them have ensuite bathrooms. The 3rd, smaller bedroom, is also cozy enough for a couple with enough storage space and a large closet. There is a shared bathroom on this level as well which can be accessed from the inside hall as well as the outside (for easy poolside access to facilities). The Master suite upstairs is MASSIVE, with a bathroom bigger than many kitchens! Master bedroom also opens up to a lovely deck. Overall, I would highly recommend. Penny (prop mgr) was friendly and helpful, as was Jason (owner) throughout our stay. --Kind regards, JQ

Falsely represented is an Understatement/FRAUD

As soon as we walked through the front door I knew we were scammed. The furniture pictured is not what is in the home; two black leather sofas, black leather sectional, the patio furniture around the fire pit and fire pit, the lounge chairs, the balcony patio furniture,,,,none of the furniture is on site. Instead there is a very worn faux suede sectional where you sink to the floor, a fire pit that doesn’t work with worn chair cushions, patio chairs that are so weathered you are afraid to sit in them, and the master suite balcony was bare not a piece of furniture at all. We also dealt with ants in the master bedroom, the master shower leaked after each use leaving a puddle, the dishwasher leaked after every use leaving a puddle in the floor, the HVAC unit has a humming sound constantly, the chimney had a tarp belted on the top of it and to top it all off a very large section of the gutter is hanging/dangling off of the house. The property manager was responsive but can only do so much. I contacted VRBO which prompted the owner to call. Here is his response, in this business we have to replace living room furniture every 6-9 months and that’s why the pictures are different, this is Florida you are going to have ants, our patio furniture blows away every 3 months, Im not making much off of these stays, my mortage payment is $13K a month and he has been taking a loss on the property since the hurricane. DON’T BOOK THIS PROPERTY

Beautiful with a bit of outdoor cleanup

Property was lovely. However, the outdoors needs some care. You can tell it has been neglected and needs up keep. Inside was beautiful. Could use more towels and it was advertised to have extra sheets for every bed. There were no extra sheets and no dish rags.

Amazing vacation

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful house. Everything was just as expected. Penny the Property Manager was wonderful as was Jason the owner. We would definitely be interested in booking again next year.

We loved our stay. You can't beat the location, amazing river views and close to so much in Cape Coral and Fort Myers. House was well equipped for our group of 10. Jason and his team were very responsive and helpful - thank you for upgrading the cable package to include ESPN so we could watch our big game! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and stay!

This place was amazing, beautiful home. Very clean, had everything handy that we needed while staying here. It has a great view of the water and fishing off the dock in the back was great. The host was very accommodating and communicated well.

The perfect getaway!

Booking my reservation to stay here was a very easy process. The house is beautiful, it really is everything you can imagine in a vacation rental. The interior design is amazing. We found the location to be perfect, everything you need is within 10 minutes of the property. We will be most definitely booking this house again!

A Taste of Paradise

We had a fabulous stay, the beds were comfy, the sheets soft, the beer cold and the view fantastic. Jason really looked after us, and I would highly recommend staying at his property, as it has everything you could wish for, and then some. Looking forward to a return visit.
