Located on canal with golf access, private area, spacious open floor plan, short drive to all major shops, and a fun home to have for family and friends. 10-12 minutes from shopping area, 35 mins from Fort Myers Beach. A pontoon boat available for $700 for the week docked at the house. Extra charges are for heating of pool and the jacuzzi with a barbeque grill and tank for $240 for the week.

Pool was where we stayed the entire visit. Beautifully aquascaped and was crystal clear and clean. House had everything needed to make this a wonderful stay for the week. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Beaches within an hour to make a day of it. Went to Sanibel, Manisota, Venice, and Fort Myers beaches. Found bunches of shark teeth. Don’t forget to go to Pine Island and go to Yucatan Bar and Grill a discovery we made the last day, great food, atmosphere, and drinks. Can not say enough about our host and house owner checking in to make sure everything was good and any problem was addressed immediately. Thanks again for a great week and will be staying again!Jim

The house was very nice, the pool was great and the entire family enjoyed the stay. The only problem I encountered was traveling several miles to a real estate office to get the access information. Not a real problem just an inconvenience.

Wonderful stay

We had an verry pleasant stay in this house. The pool area is so impressive and we enjoyed our holiday so much. The boat was also nice, we were able to see dolphins in the channels and the golf, that was so nice.

Awesome house

Very nice house. Very easy check in and great communication from owner. The only snag was the extra cost to use the hot tub and grill. Overall great place to stay.

Nice Place for Large Family

This was a nice place in a nice neighborhood. It was quiet, right on the canal. We had a large group and the space and layout of the house made it great for so many people. The owner was really easy to work with and responsive.

Wonderful week in Cape Coral

Plenty of space for our family of 14. Common areas are large enough for everyone to gather together, while the 6 bedrooms gave everyone privacy and a chance to get away. The pool is awesome!

Spring break at Cape Coral

Enjoy the seven day in The beautiful Getaway Place home. The accommodations were fantastic, allowing for plenty of rooms and space for our multifamily group. Large kitchen, accommodated all of our needs. Majority of our time was spent in the beautiful patio area, overlooking the canal the owner did an excellent job of communicating, and definitely wanted to provide us with the great experience.

Awesome getaway place

Beautiful house, lots of room for a large group with several areas for little groups to gather. The owner is awesome at communicating from beginning to end and very accommodating. The place has beds for 12 adults with additional blow up beds available if needed. Some of the furniture is different than the pictures shown but plenty of seating. We really enjoyed the pool area and if you have small children there is a little splash pad area for them to play in.

Spacious Home, Great for Families, and a Responsive OwnerWe had a wonderful family vacation and made lasting memories in this spacious home, which comfortably accommodated our group of 10 adults and 5 children. The layout allowed everyone to spread out and relax, and the pool and outdoor spa were highlights—clean, well maintained, and enjoyed every day.While we did experience a few issues during our stay, the owner was very responsive and genuinely committed to resolving them. That level of communication and care was greatly appreciated and made a big difference in our overall experience.This home is an excellent choice for future guests looking for a large, family-friendly space.

The pool was the highlight for our group of 15!

Before we even went we had a few questions. We text Tariq and he called and talked us through all our questions. Upon arrival we found bedrooms and restrooms to be as described. The kitchen worked out great for nightly dinners. The pool was the go to every evening for our group. It is beautiful and so inviting. We would love to stay here again. One day we went to Sanibel Island which was less than an hour. One day we went to Fort Meyers which was less than an hour. One day we went to Caspersen Beach and came back with 83 shark teeth. It was only an hour drive as well. Super location for day tripping. I would highly recommend to any family vacation! Again, can't say enough about how helpful Tariq is.

Our family of 12 stayed for a week. House was spacious - with plenty of room for each couple / family grouping. Nice combination of spaces for gathering and for individual quiet time. The pool area was amazing - it is where we spent the majority of our time. The rooms were clean. The shower in the master bedroom was amazing and easy to use. Beds were comfortable. One (of 6) bedrooms didnt have a functioning light and the window treatments were broken. Other than that the house was perfect...and even that was minor. Check in was very easy. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

The house is 10 times better than the photos!!! I can’t say enough good things about this host. So easy to communicate with. We had a question about the pool control and he FaceTimed us right away and walked us through the panel. The home is HUGE! We had 15 people and we fit so comfortably. There is an empty lot next to the house for ample privacy. The pool is so much bigger than the photos, at one time we had all 15 people in it and it was fine. The boats were a great bonus! The host gave us great tips on where to go in the canals. The house is fully stocked with everything you need including probably 50 towels. All you need is your clothes and food. Would absolutely rent this home again.
