End unit affords a large private side yard with mature, fantastic citrus trees, perfect for yard games. Garage with new ping pong table for hours of fun.
Complete remodel recently completed: New appliances, all new furniture throughout, new flooring/paint/cabinet work. Nest thermostats for year round comfort central heat/AC. Wifi/cable/internet.
