Stunning 7 Bedroom Lakefront/Ski Home Sleeps 20

We arrived on Saturday on a beautiful day. Everyone was very impressed with our home away from home for the week. It was beautiful decorated and outfitted, We were surprised to find the many extras provided, e.g. high chair, youth chair, stroller, pack and play, etc.. We are a family of cooks. Many of us brought our own special utensils. We found that unnecessary. The house is designed with plenty of room to get together, but enough spaces for plenty of privacy. We all came home with many good memories.

This was my families second year vacationing at this wonderful house. The owner is easy to work with. The house is very well equipped, clean and a good layout for a large number of people. The location is great. Lots of good memories made here during our stays with our children and grandchildren. Can't wait to go back again next year. We highly recommend this property and this owner. Go see for yourself and enjoy!

The house was in excellent shape, comfortable, and the layout worked wonderfully for us - 8 adults and 5 kids. The localle on the lake is very nice - on a little inlet with less boat traffic but very accessible (by boat) to the larger lake. Close to boat and watersports rentals. The kitchen was unually well equipped for a rental unit - we enjoyed cooking, grilling and sharing meals together as well as evenings at the lakeside fire pit. David (the owner) was responsive and helpful.

Our family of thirteen had an incredible vacation week at Mt. Dew on Deep Creek Lake!

First, from the initial contact with the owner, David, to the return of the things we forgot, David was professional, helpful and kind. The house is just beautiful, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Children in our group ranged from 2 months to 16 years old, and one could always find a quiet space. Even though the weather was not perfect, it didn't deter anyone from having a wonderful vacation... boating, fishing from the dock, paddle boarding, hiking, enjoying the hot tub, basketball, family meals, s'mores at the fire pit and just relaxing! There is a TV in every room and only one was turned on for a couple of hours on three occasions!!! Blissful!!!!

Thank you, David and Wendy, for giving us the opportunity to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family at Mt. Dew! We made lots of memories!

Our family gathered for our yearly family reunion at this home, 18 adults and 6 children. Having the dock was awesome! Fishing off the dock and gathering at the fire pit every evening not to mention the expansive back deck gave us plenty of room. The home itself is so comfortable and inviting and the 2 refrigerators and dishwashers truly helped with a group of our size. Any issues we had were addressed immediately by the owners. I would definately recommend this rental to anyone looking to enjoy the area and all it has to offer. We enjoyed the local shops all around the lake and the convenience of grocery shopping too!
