Immerse yourself in the coastal ambiance of this newly built townhome, nestled in the heart of 30A and just minutes away from popular destinations like Seaside, Watersound, and Alys Beach. 'A Wave From It All' exudes a sense of tranquility with its wood-grain tile floors, crown moldings, and upscale appliances and fixtures. These features, among others, will make this vacation home your family's go-to choice year after year. The comfortable living room boasts plush furnishings and connects seamlessly to the well-appointed dining room, which overlooks an inviting outdoor patio. Convenience awaits on the first floor with a powder room and laundry room. Ascend to the second floor to discover the three bedrooms. Beach Accesses: Enjoy easy access to the beach through several convenient options! Choose to use the complimentary bikes or golf cart for a convenient ride. Here are three of the most popular accesses:

Gulf Lakes Beach Access: Located about 1 mile east of Prominence, this Walton County beach access offers a serene spot. Note that it can be easily missed due to its smaller size.

Deer Lake State Park: Situated 0.5 miles west of Prominence, Deer Lake State Park is a popular choice. Keep in mind that there is a small parking area (approximately $3 for parking) and slightly longer walking distance to the beach. Please note that alcohol is not permitted at this state park, and beach service is unavailable.

Santa Clara: This Walton County ADA-approved beach access is located near Bramble Grove Road, approximately 3.5 miles west of Prominence. Enjoy the convenience of parking and bathrooms at the Santa Clara access.

Community Pool: The Town of Prominence boasts a magnificent resort-style community pool spanning over 5,000 sq ft! Take a refreshing dip and unwind in style.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a really great stay! We were worried when we initially got there about the stairs. The pictures don’t really show how many stairs there are and all bedrooms are upstairs. Otherwise- beautiful condo. We were thankful there were beach towels and everything we needed for our beach days. The pool was closed three days due to storms within 10 miles. It would be an absolutely beautiful afternoon but we were told if there were storms within 10 miles the pool is closed down. They do not allow any drinks in the pool. You can only have a plastic water bottle if you are physically in the pool. No cans, cups, or bottles allowed otherwise. They also do not allow pool floats which several people seemed upset about. Be aware that many nearby towns- - Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach especially- - do not allow golf carts. You cannot park in the lots or access the streets off of 30a. We were happily surprised that you could not hear any other tenants within the rental- it does have three units within the property. We were worried neighbors might be loud or partying but we did not notice any of that. There is a strict noise ordnance beginning at 10pm and security must do a great job! Very safe, clean area. The Big Chill is right across the street and great fun for all into the evening. They had lots going on for children there during our stay. We would come back but maybe rent a home next time to avoid the stairs.

Perfect 30a stay

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Management was incredibly responsive, answering questions within minutes. The home is even better than pictured. It was incredibly clean and well-stocked with everything you would need for trips to the pool or beach. No need to bring beach chairs, bikes, pool noodles, boogie boards…this house comes with it all. The golf cart made getting around so easy. Make sure you enjoy The Hub/The Big Chill right across the street for food and family entertainment.

May 2022 Vacation

Everything was provided that was needed. I would add that the floor was very dirty when we arrived. Walking barefoot in the house would make your foot extremely dirty-- so a wet sweep of the floor beforehand would be great. A few other items to add to the VRBO would be extra beach towels as well as child bikes or child bike trailers for smaller children. Other than that, our stay was wonderful and would recommend this VRBO to others.

Wonderful family beach vacation!

We had a wonderful beach trip and really enjoyed staying in Prominence! The property was beautiful - very well decorated. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Our 2 year-old loved sleeping on the trundle bed. The townhome is located close to the beach - we used the location 1 mile to the east which was easy (we were on the beach in 10 minutes or less). We also enjoyed using the golf cart and walking over to The Hub across the street for a quick meal or drinks. Our toddler LOVED the community pool - many hours spent there! The property manager was also very responsive to all questions and was even helpful in suggesting lunch/dinner spots. She always answered our calls or got back to us within minutes - cannot say enough good things about her! We would definitely come back and stay in this same unit again for future beach trips!

Our 30A 2021 Vacation

We made a last minute decision to go to 30A this year and found a home available. Although we had not stayed in that area before, we absolutely loved it. The HUB is a great area and food delicious. Having a golf cart was especially nice to go down to the beach, and the home had chairs and umbrellas too. I highly recommend this area.

Perfect Beach Vacation! Miss it Already!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Michael and Kelley came through to save my 50th birthday beach week. The house had sold, which jeopardized our vacation plans. They made it happen. Since they are a small company, they are both easily accessible and responsive. So, when you call them, you speak directly to them, not some phone bank somewhere. The unit was stocked with chairs, towels etc. We realized there was stuff we didn’t need to bring. The kitchen was beautifully appointed with new pots, pans, trays, appliances, and more. The decor was right out of a magazine! The location is good. You’re a mile from beach access. It's easy by bike or golf cart. The Hub, which is a retail and restaurant place across the street, has good places to eat, particularly Macho Taco. Drinks are pricey in The Hub. Food prices aren’t so bad. Boutique shopping there is fantastic. A Publix is about five miles away, which can seem longer if there's traffic and a lot of golf carts on the road.All in all... sheer perfection!
