Please Note: An Entry Refurbishment Project will begin late September 2025 and is expected to last through mid-November. Please be aware there will be times when entry doors are temporarily propped open for drying.
With room for six guests, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, our Perdido Key, Florida condo rental Beach Colony Towers 3B provides a tranquil beachfront haven for any type of getaway, including extended winter stays. Snowbirds are welcome here!
Breathtaking views, at-home comforts, and resort amenities at this gated residence are all calling your name! The unique layout of the space will have you feeling like youâre in your very own corner condo, with an angular living room that looks out onto a spacious balcony and a fabulous view. The balcony comes well furnished and has plenty of seating for you and your guests. Itâs the perfect place to enjoy a sit-down meal that you have prepared in your fully equipped kitchen. The primary bedroom also has balcony access so that you can slip out in the morning and enjoy a Gulf Coast sunrise without disturbing the rest of your slumbering party.
In addition, the amenities offered at Beach Colony Resort ensure you will enjoy every second of your vacation here. Swim in the community pool or relax in the hot tub after a workout at the fitness center. Beach vendors are on site daily during the season, so you can rent chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear for your time on the sand.
