Come and enjoy the peace and serenity of our Mountain Cottage while only minutes away from the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon and Historic Wellsboro. Stroll down to Pine Creek or take a walk on the old railroad bed before retiring to the loft to watch a DVD or just relax and read a good book.
Enjoy the beautiful views of nature as you look into our backyard. Many forms of wildlife frequent our feeders including deer, bear, chipmunks, squirrels, and a delightful variety of birds.
Whatever brings you to this area or however you plan your day, this Cottage will allow you to truly enjoy the sights and sounds of 'God's Country'.

What a cozy little cottage! Everything was very clean, decorated well and comfortable. There is a nice view of a mountain from the front porch and a private backyard that leads down to a rail trail. We would love to come back for another stay!

The cabin was perfect for our stay. It was quiet and cozy. We'll furnished and clean. Located close to good fishing, food, and an easy drive to Wellsboro for any other needs. The host was always quick to respond and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again on future visits to the area.

First impression walking in front door - what a pleasant space! Feels very much like a cabin that is used by owner and not ‘just a rental property.’ Comfortable seating indoors and out. Spotless deck. Gorgeous back yard. Everything neat and tidy. I especially appreciated all of the lamps thoughtfully placed, the liners on wire shelving in bathroom that kept small items from falling through, hooks for hanging things. Even a clothes line in laundry room. We did not use second floor - main floor is perfect for two. Should be noted that there is one bathroom and it is on first floor. While the cabin is located on a somewhat busy road, we didn’t find the traffic to be a distraction. We were there Friday afternoon thru Monday morning. About a 15 minute drive into Wellsboro. Owner was accommodating when we needed to adjust our check in time. We would stay at this property again.

Nice cottage- close to wellsboro, cherry springs and hiking trails. Cozy vibe, relaxing backyard. The address on the listing is incorrect, use the one u get after the confrimation- we drove to wrong location. The contact number is also incorrect on the listing on vrbo- use the one in confirmation. Worth the stay.

This is our second trip to Wellsboro. Our first time staying here. It’s a cute little cabin. The front porch welcomes you in. Love the hummingbird feeder. The home is cozy and clean with some beautiful wood floors. The kitchen was well stocked with your normal everyday kitchen necessities. My only complaint is there wasn’t a sharp knife to be found in their wide variety of knives. I wasn’t making meals but trying to cut fruit. The upstairs is such an amazing space. The bathroom is nice and has a lot of space to spread out with your things. I would suggest maybe rugs with backing. Those beautiful wood floors are slippery so the rugs move out from under you. There were lots of hooks for hanging. The loft area and the upstairs bedroom were my favorite spaces. On a rainy day I could sit up there for hours with a book. The backyard is heaven. Just like the inside of the home, the backyard is equally impressive. I would definitely stay here again.
