This rental includes:

On the ground floor, a living area with an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room (equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine). Direct access to the semi-covered terrace where you can enjoy al fresco dining. Separate toilet.

Upstairs, two bedrooms await you: one very bright bedroom with a 140cm double bed facing south, and a second bedroom with trundle beds on the opposite side. There is also a renovated shower room.

Please note that linens and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental price. You can contact our agency for rates. Upon arrival, two security deposits will be required: €500 for the accommodation and €90 for cleaning.
