AMAZING property!!

This is THE most beautiful lake home with the best views of Tim’s Ford Lake! This has been our best rental experience yet. The home is luxurious, super clean and comes with anything you could possibly need. The hosts were superb and had excellent communication. They went above and beyond to accommodate our group and make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything about our stay was wonderful — and the decor was absolutely stunning! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, which made cooking so easy. The hot tub is HUGE and perfect for a large group. We especially loved the lounge set on the dock — such a thoughtful extra touch. There were more than enough linens, bedding, and seating for everyone to be comfortable. I truly hope I have an excuse to book this property again!

WONDERFUL place for a girls weekend! The view is breathtaking as soon as you enter. Kitchen was incredibly well-stocked and there was plenty of room for several of us to be cooking/eating at same time. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. Plenty of parking and we all felt safe.Definitely 10/10!

Perfect Birthday

The house was the perfect setting to celebrate my Dad’s 70th! The views, home, and accommodations were amazing. Jason went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and even surprised us with sweet treats and firewood on arrival! We would definitely stay at this home again!

THE best VRBO experience!

This lake home is absolutely beautiful. It's a luxurious home in pristine condition, located in an upscale neighborhood with an incredible view of the lake. The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need, both inside and out. We've rented multiple properties on Tim's Ford Lake and this is the one we will check first for availability on our future trips. Kim & Jason are the most amazing hosts. They truly went above and beyond with us to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We couldn't have asked for better communication or nicer people. Thank you both for allowing us to have an amazing weekend with our family in your property! We look forward to our next stay here!

We are from Murfreesboro, TN, about 1 hour from the lake house. We have a large family and we love spending time at the lake and also sharing this awesome lakefront property as a host.

Why they chose this property

We looked for over a year to find our perfect lake home on Tims Ford and this is it! It's on the north side of the lake so it's easier access from Nashville/Murfreesboro/Franklin area. However, the big reason was the house and the view. It's a BIG water view and the home itself has a real "lake house feel."

What makes this property unique

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish lake house, your perfect waterfront escape. Located right off the main channel of Tim's Ford Lake, you'll enjoy amazing big water views from the moment you arrive.

Our modern, rustic home is filled with bright, natural light thanks to large windows throughout. The heart of the home is the large, well-equipped kitchen, complete with an island perfect for gathering.
