Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Cover Hot Tub, keep plugged in and on. Has wifi connection for remote control.

Trash Return: Move the trash can inward near garage door, near tall arborvitae away from house. Can even sit in the mulch behind the arborvitae so its hidden.

Trash Pickup: Prior to Tuesday morning or at checkout, move trash can to end of driveway for pickup

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
