Come to Lake Hamilton and escape at our Cozy Cabin. This cabin is Located, in a cove right on Lake Hamilton. Great place to relax and unwind. It has great views, a quiet neighborhood, a private dock. Perfect cove to enjoy swimming, and floating. Nature is at its best too, bird watching including Eagles are close by and often spotted flying over the property.
Bring the boat or jet skis and tie them up to the dock and leave in water overnight. We are in a no wake zone, so no worries about your boat getting beat up from the waves. Fishing is great right off of the dock. This area of the lake is known for large striper and the trout fishing is like no other. Also, we are only minutes away from Lake Ouachita and Lake Ouachita State Park.
Biker Friendly with covered parking. There is something for all to enjoy here.
Great get away for couples!
This is a non-smoking cabin/No Pet Cabin
(smoking out side only)
Lake Hamilton has a annual water draw down from November till mid March. There is some still water in the cove.

This property is not handicap accessible. Level entry. 1 step down to living area. 5 steps down to boat dock

The owner and the property was wonderful. I added some caution tape to the step down from the bedroom. Plus a few well night lights to help old people navigate in the dark. Had it not been for the unusally hot tempretures. We would of had more outdoor fun. Our dissappointment was with VRBO.

The Cozy Cabin was amazing. The bed was firm and very comfortable. The cabin had everything you could need. The dock was perfect for kayaking. There was an amazing creek that flowed into the bay that was great for kayaking. Carol is an amazing host and was very quick to respond to messages. Everyone we met while kayaking the area was extremely friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Carol’s cozy cabin! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described and exactly what we were hoping for. Aclean, comfortable, peaceful place to get away and truly relax.The cabin was adorable, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need. We cooked in the kitchen, grilled outside, washed clothes when we needed to, and really appreciated the covered parking.One of our favorite parts was the back patio and being so close to the lake. We could walk right out to the dock, sit and relax by the water, or get straight into the lake for a swim. There were even floats available for lounging in the water. We spent so much time outside just enjoying the view, the water, and how peaceful it was.We also rented the kayaks and explored the cove, which was such a fun part of our trip. The lake water was wonderful for swimming, and having everything right there made it so easy to enjoy without having to go anywhere.Carol was an amazing host. She was incredibly kind, checked in on us while still giving us plenty of privacy. She was there as much or as little as we needed, which we really appreciated.This was genuinely one of the most relaxing getaways we’ve had in a long time. Everything was easy, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We’re already looking forward to booking our next stay!Thank , Carol, for sharing such a charming little place with us. We made wonderful memories here and can’t wait to come back.
