About this property

Newly renovated beach bungalow sits 6 blocks off the beach and even closer to Divine Park and the school playground! Complete with two grills, an outside shower, sandbox, swing set, hammock 5 beach/pool passes and more, this is a family's dream Summer vacation house. Impeccably stocked with lux linens including beach & shower towels for 8+ and indoor/ outdoor flatware perfect for staying inside or dinning al fresco on the french drained patio. Two "masters" with queen beds and two twin bed rooms (crib can be switched out for additional twin if preferred). Quests can enjoy a quick stroll to a nearby deli & liquor store or short walk into the charming town of Spring Lake. Although the house has 3 TVs and high speed Internet, guests usually spend most of their time in the backyard or of the beach! Currently only listing for two weeks and open to price break for single family taking both!
