In Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron, we offer you this charming 140 m² house with swimming pool, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features an attractive 55 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 700 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Two separate WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A private, heated swimming pool (7.3x3.5m), open from May to the end of September, secured by a sliding terrace
- A lovely 700 m² garden planted with trees and enclosed
- A 60 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
