Stay at this remodeled 3br 2ba home located in downtown Bentonville less than a mile to the square and 2 miles from the Walmart HQ. This beautiful home is a great location for mountain bikers with only a 2-minute ride to the Crystal Bridges trail system. Come relax at the wood burning outdoor fire pit, large back yard, outdoor seating, or inside with all the comforts of home. The bedrooms offer private havens for downtime and rest. Bike washing station provided for your convenience.

The Space:
Fully equipped chef’s kitchen for all your cooking needs. Quality appliances and Modern Cookware for preparing meals, and basic kitchen supplies are provided. Chic Coffee bar featuring Keurig, Brew, and French Press Coffee Maker, Coffee Bean Grinder, Electric Tea Kettle, and Tea Pot.

After a long day of work, sightseeing or adventures, come back to this newly remodeled and furnished property with all the amenities of home: Gas Fireplace, Full-Size Washer and Dryer with complimentary washing supplies, WIFI, and Basic Cable TV, 50” TV in Living Room and 43” TV in Master Bedroom, air conditioning, and heating.

The master suite is a chic private retreat that features a king bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with vanity and shower. Two queen guest rooms share a bathroom with vanity and shower/bath. Enjoy high quality beds, linens, towels, and toiletries.

Large, spacious backyard and secluded separate patio has a quaint seating area with pergola, soft lighting, and a BBQ. Perfect place to relax with a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

Perfect location to Slaughter Pen trails, all the kitchen necessities we needed plus a few extras, comfy beds and clean house. We would love to stay here again on our next family trip to Bentonville.

Bentonville biking trip

spent a few days in town mountain biking with my son - the place was perfect for that. easy access to the trails just a couple of blocks away and a quick drive downtown for restaurants. the house was great - really nicely decorated and provisioned.

Loved this cute bungalow! We appreciated the extra touches like umbrellas and bath robes. Comfortable beds and nice sheets. Very organized. Close to town.

Perfect Location & Accommodations

We looked for a perfect location and this house did not disappoint; comfort, style and cleanliness all in one! The property had everything we needed plus the communication from the property manager was second to known. We knew what to do, where everything was and treated like part of the family. We will stay here again!

wonderful location…half mile from the bentonville square, where there is something going on all the time. the cottage interior has been nicely redone. super clean. we aren’t bikers, but bike trails (and bikes) are all over the place. the whole area is in transition…every single street is a mix of new places and older homes/cottages that have been redone, or are in the process of being redone.

Bentonville visit

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It was not as close to the Bentonville Squate as I thought anyway for walking., but a very close car or bike ride so that was fine.

Bentonville Launching Pad

Close to all the mtb delights of NWA, and close proximity to downtown, makes this a perfect place to launch an adventure. The house is nicely furnished, and has all the amenities for making this place feel like home!

Best Experience

This house had all the amenities anyone would ever need. It’s beautifully decorated and the hostess was very communicative. Location was extremely convenient to downtown and I-49. We stayed during Christmas and the home was decorated with a tree and other accessories. This hostess goes above and beyond.

Eclipse and Biking

LOVED this cute house in Bentonville! We came from Utah to enjoy the mountain biking trails and it did not disappoint! The house was in the most perfect location! We could ride to many of the trails straight from the front door! The house had been nicely renovated and was super cute! We loved it! thanks for letting us enjoy your city :)

Sisters' Trip

We absolutely loved staying here. Very comfortable and well decorated! It was an easy walk to Park Springs Park for a short trail walk and we could have walked to Slaughter Pen Park as well. The firepit out back was why we booked here and we weren't disappointed! Rosanne has everything you need. She even had replacement batteries for a remote that needed them. Thank you, Rosanne for a terrific time!

Cycling vacation

Perfect spot in a beautiful neighborhood : a quick walk to downtown, the park, groceries and Crystal Bridges. Beautifully decorated house, comfortable beds, large quiet backyard, well equipped kitchen (with some of the basics like parchment paper, sandwich baggies, aluminum foil, oil, herbs …) excellent coffee maker… Spotlessly clean beautiful bathrooms. Easy access to gravel and road rides. Very responsive host. Highly recommended!

Great location for a weekend of biking in Bentonville. Close to downtown, trailheads, etc. House is exactly as pictured and it’s very well stocked with spices, toilet paper, paper towels, Ziploc bags, etc. Will stay again.Rosanna, again, thank you for your hospitality.

Checking in and out was a breeze. The house is furnished beautifully. All amenities needed were furnished. The place is well cared for and the kitchen was great. Side by side fridge with a gas stove. Perfect for a biking trip. Even has a locking shed for bikes when not riding. One of the nicest VRBO’s we have stayed at and we use VRBO’s a lot. Cannot see how you could be disappointed if you chose to stay here.

This property was excellent and was located such that we could walk/ride to all the places we wanted to visit. The home was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Kitchen setup had everything and bedrooms and bathrooms also were well-stocked. The house also accommodated our bikes, and included a bike wash area as well as a secure shed for our bikes. We loved it and our time in Bentonville.
