Well located and immaculate!

This is an excellent choice for enjoying the Bentonville area. Walkable to downtown and Crystal Bridges. Natural areas close by and lots of restaurants to choose from. For couples, having two king-sized beds available is so appreciated. Everything is perfectly clean and this place has everything you need for a relaxing home-away-from-home!

Family Christmas

We had a wonderful time celebrating an early Christmas with family. The house was decorated for the holiday and very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Great place to stay!

Girls Weekend

First time to Bentonville! The Bungalow was perfect. Had everything we needed, comfy beds, coffee bar, and close to the square. Need to return in warmer weather to enjoy the patio!

Great property

We loved everything about the stay. The house was equipped with everything you would need and was cozy and comfortable. The patio with fire pit was the perfect way to enjoy a fall weekend.

Weekend Stay

Great location downtown with a short bike ride to restaurants or the All American trial head. The house was great with plenty of space for our two families. It is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Perfect location to the square and Crystal Bridges

This was our first time staying at the Emerald Bungalow, but it won’t be our last. It is a great locate to connect with friends and family. The hosts were a delight!

Cozy Bentonville Rental

The Emerald Bungalow was a great place to stay with our friends. The house was nicely furnished and very clean. The house is walkable to town and Crystal Bridges and we had no trouble biking to numerous mountain bike trails.

Great stay for 4th of July holiday

It was a great central location for our visit to Northwest Arkansas with our family of 6 adults and one grandchild. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck each evening. we ere able walking into downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. Wonderful time had by all!

Great house Great location

Beautifully remodeled home just a short walk from downtown. The square was amazing with great places to eat. The homeowners thought of everything you need. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place in a great location

We came out to pennyville for my nephew's wedding and after looking around a bit we landed on emerald cottage. I'm so glad we did. It was beautifully furnished, clean and the beds are oh so comfortable, the location is excellent. You can easily walk to town as well as my brother's house which is just off the square. I would love to stay there again!

Perfect Home!

This home provided a great holiday weekend for our family! First time in Bentonville visiting our daughter, our adult children came from Kansas and Texas. The location was perfect! The home was just lovely! Clean, open concept and charming! Provided a great place to spend quality time together! Would stay here again!
