Grande maison avec 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains et une piscine fantastique

La maison SUNSHINE DREAMS laisse peu à désirer. De la grande piscine nouvellement construite avec cascade sur la grande terrasse, partiellement couverte, avec des chaises longues et des sièges aux sièges de table à manger 8 et la grille du barbecue à gaz.
Dans le salon, qui est orienté vers le sud, il ya un grand joueur de TV à écran plat et Blu-ray. Dans toute la région est une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Le reste de l'équipement laisse aucun désir inassouvi. Un comprimé, un système de boîte Multiroom (Sonos) et une imprimante sont disponibles dans la maison.
La maison dispose de trois salles de bains, avec baignoire / douche, WC u. Évier. Trois chambres ont un grand lit double (queen size), situé dans la chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size. La salle à manger a une grande table à manger pour jusqu'à 8 personnes ce qui est suffisant. La maison est assez grande pour deux familles et Enfants bienvenus.

Home away from home in gated community

Thomas has a beautiful home in an excellent location. We felt comfortable the moment we walked in. Great layout and we all had our own space. We've stayed at many different properties in this gated community but this one exceeded them all. From the large and heated pool, to beach chairs and cooler, as well as, the many bicycles to ride around the community. Only dislike was the beds were firm, but some people would enjoy this and it didn't effect any of our sleep. Karl and Thomas were very prompt on responding to us. We will gladly stay here again.

A quiet & safe neighborhood

We enjoyed hosting family on the spacious covered patio and the heated pool. Four bedrooms worked perfectly for the ones that stayed. Our home near Shell Point was damaged from Hurricane Ian, but part of our family stayed there. It was a blessing to have an extra home for housing overnight. Thanks, Karl! You were so accommodating. And to the owner, Thomas, thank you for the early tour before committing. We recommend this home!

Wonderful

My husband and I had a great 28 days in this wonderful home. Everything we needed was there. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather while we were there. The pool got a lot of use since the temperature was usually in the 90s. One thing could be replaced is the pool cover. We never used it but it would unroll occasionally from the wind and there would be little blue dots floating in the pool. My husband cleaned the pool with the net daily which he didn’t mind (kept him busy). We loved the home so much we booked for next year while we were there. Karl is very nice and helpful although we only saw him once since we had no issues. Can’t wait to come back next year. We love it!!

Wundervolles Haus mit Pool in dem alles vorhanden ist, was man im Urlaub benötigt

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Haus verbringen dürfen. Erstaunt war ich, was hier alles vorhanden war und was ich alles nicht hätte mitbringen müssen :) Diverse USB-A Ladegeräte waren in jedem Zimmer vorhanden, sogar eine Ateckdose mit USB-A Lademöglichkeiten war in der Küche, Sonos Lautsprecher in Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und sogar im Poolbereich sind vorhanden und lassen sich per App mit diversen vorhandenen Quellen füttern (Spotify, Amazon music, TuneIN…), zwei Fernseher sind vorhanden und sogar mit FireTV Atick ausgestattet, auf dem Netflix, Amazon etc. vorhanden ist - sicher steht von all diesen Dingen schon viel in der Beschreibung, allerdings hätten wir nie mit diesem Umfang gerechnet. Auch für den Strandbeauch war absolut alles vorhanden - diverse Stühle, Sonnenschirme, Kühlbox etc. Für den Pool gab es ebenfalls alles, was das Herz begehrte (Poolnudeln, Bälle etc.). Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet - es fehlte an absolut nichts. Kurz: Vielen lieben Dank! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!!

Our stay in August/September 2022

We enjoyed our stay in Beachwalk Isles, very clean house, great pool with enough shady space to enjoy even the hottest summer days. Spacious house with all ammenites including beach umbrellas etc in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Ideally located within short driving distance to beaches, malls etc. We would definetaly recommed this house to close friends and would be happy to return.

Great Location

My three sisters and I stayed at this amazing property. ( We range in age 60-79). The location is close to many great restaurants and not that far from the beach. At our age we are content with a beautiful pool. Beds were comfortable and the house was spotless.

Enjoyed my stay

The home met my expectations and served me well over my two month stay. Location proved to be a good location for my activities such as golfing, going out for dinner getting supplies, visiting attractions. Would stay here again if available.

Property is located in a very clean, quiet, gated community within easy walking distance of restaurants, shoppes and a Publix. We found the neighbors to be very friendly and accommodating. The heated pool was absolutely wonderful in the middle of January.

Since we are in our middle seventies and I have a hard time walking this was the perfect house to rent for my vacation The pool was perfect for us it was a salt water pool the only draw back was it didn’t have a hand rail to get out but over all it was a great pool and house for a vacation

Overall we enjoyed our stay. A little problem with the check in but the property manager helped us through it-location was not exactly what we were hoping for but the convenience to many different beaches made it worthwhile!!

Great house

Perfect house and pool area. Quiet neighboorhood, many restaurants near by and well equipped home. We had a wonderful time here during our trip. The only negative thing I can say is the VRBO description said the pool was heated. It is not heated by an actual heater but by a solar cover that warms the pool if it is warm enough out. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool as planned. The owner made an adjustment for us and we were very satisfied. This is a lovely place that you and your family will enjoy!

Absolutely Perfect!

We loved the time spent at Sunshine Dreams. The home had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing week. Check-in was easy and the home was everything it was advertised to be. Sanibel (for shelling), Captiva (gorgeous beaches), and Fort Myers Beach (also great beaches) were so convenient. Target and WalMart were nearby for groceries and other necessities. Tiki Subs, Love Boat Ice Cream, and Nervous Nellie's all had great food. The best feature though, was definitely the pool. The kids loved it and our little one swam for hours each day we were there. Thank you for this oasis in the desert this year. We will be back again! The Westberry Family Milledgeville, Georgia

Better than advertised

The house is beautiful with all the amenities you could want, including a toy room with toys. The pool is spectacular, lots of lounge chairs, pool toys, towels. The kitchen is well supplied and everything was very clean. Karl was responsive to every request very quickly. Thanks Karl!

Florida Urlaub 2019

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Der Empfang von Herrn Swoboda war super nett und unkompliziert. Es war alles vorhanden was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt ausreichend für mehrere Personen. Darüberhinaus war der Pool und die weiteren Dinge für z.b. Strandbesuch vorhanden. Die Kaution wurde schon kurz nach dem Auszug freigegeben. Also eine hundertprozentige Empfehlung für Familien und Freunde. Wir hatten absolutes Vertrauen in Herrn Reichel und Herrn Swoboda. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und vielleicht auf ein Wiedersehen. Gruß Familie neumaier

Top und jederzeit wieder :-)

Tolles gepflegtes und geräumiges Haus mit TOP Ausstattung in einer ruhigen, gepflegten Anlage. Supermarkt, Restaurants und Drogerien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kurze Wege mit dem Auto zum Strand und auch zum Outlet. Wir kommen gerne wieder, nicht zuletzt durch die nette Betreuung durch Herrn Swoboda vor Ort :-)
