Vacay all Day at this Vue Vacations home! This spacious, beautifully appointed home, is ideal for family get-togethers or group get-aways! As one of the largest homes located in the community of Montage at Santa Rosa, you'll find plenty of space and plenty of fun while you relax with family and friends. With a luxurious pool, a spa, a sweeping patio with several lounging areas, a bar, a brand new 6 hole mini golf course, lawn games, a cabana, MISTING SYSTEM TO STAY COOL and a fire pit, you'll never want to leave! Our home is within walking distance to the Festivals!

Welcome to Good Vibrations! Enjoy our wide array of amenities both inside and outside the home including several gaming, lounging, and cooking areas. With 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and over 3,600 square feet of good vibes, this home has everything you need for a perfect vacation getaway.

The impressive and fun-filled patio at Good Vibrations is sure to be where you will spend most of your time! You will love the variety of options for lounging around the pool. Whether you choose the cabana, chaise lounge chairs, the bar, the fire pit or soaking in the hot tub, you'll feel right at home here. Guests love our endless amount of outdoor activities such as our 6 hole mini golf course, corn-hole, ladder toss, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4 and Pop-A-Shot. Spend your morning floating in the pool, afternoons in the undercover game area, and evenings telling stories under the stars around the fire pit. Complete comfort, entertainment and fun describes this patio! Our home also features an outdoor TV to keep you updated with news, sporting events, and your favorite shows while you relax. There is a built in gas grill, a mini-fridge, and a sink to make outdoor cooking effortless as well as an outdoor dining table to comfortably fit 6.

Good Vibrations has an open-design kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining options. The kitchen is fully equipped, and cooking here for your guests is a breeze. The large dining table adjacent to the kitchen has seating for 10; a perfect place to relax and share meals with your entire group. There are 5 bedrooms inside (each with its own TV), 4.5 baths, and a casita with a private entrance and courtyard; 6 bedrooms in total! The fireplace in the living room makes for a cozy lounging area, and when you need a break from the fun in the sun, head inside for a friendly game of foosball, shuffleboard or risk high-stakes at the poker table. High ceilings, a bright interior, and warm wood accents make this home feel light, airy and welcoming.

Good Vibrations is your ideal location in Indio! Everything you need is a short distance away. Walk to The Empire Polo Club - home to the famous Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and Stagecoach, take a quick drive to PGA West for a round of golf, or drive to El Paseo and Old Town La Quinta for dinner and shopping.

Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM-8AM Friday-Saturday - but it is important to respect the neighbors at all hours of the day. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9PM. Any violations will result in a $1,000 fine per offense and will be guests financial responsibility.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation for a fee of $150 per request, for up to 3 hours. This cannot be guaranteed and is based on availability. Please contact us for additional information.

DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA?
All of our homes feature private pools and spas! The pool will be set to 84 degrees free of charge October-May. If you would like the temperature to be increased, this will result in an additional charge of $100 per day. There is no fee to heat the spa and recommended temperature is between 100-102. *STAYS OF 5+ DAYS SUBJECT TO POOL HEAT CHARGE!*

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly (cats/dogs only)! We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you please clean up after pets appropriately. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! The HOA has strict regulations on parking. The home has 6 spots available - 3 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. If vehicles are oversized, you may not be able to fit as many. Any tickets or towing due to parking will be the guests financial responsibility. Parking specifics will be sent with your check-in instructions.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All our Vacation Homes have keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a "code" for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT MY STAY?
All guests will be provided with a digital guide before their stay. This guide will include information about the home, the area, and anything you need to know about your reservation including parking rules, check/in out procedures and the hot spots around town. We recommend reading through the guidebook thoroughly prior to arrival and downloading the app so this information can easily be accessed before and during your stay. Homes will not have physical binders. This electronic version will be your go-to guide.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker. Absolutely no outside music past 9PM.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! All of our homes provide a set number of parking spaces for guests in the garage and/or driveway. Parking specifics will be sent to you prior to your arrival.

WILL WIFI AND TV BE AVAILABLE?
Yes! All of our vacation rentals are equipped with smart TV's and high speed WiFi.

SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS?
We are in the desert, so there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.

Address and keyless door codes are provided to guest with check in instructions.
Parking is available in the garage and driveway and can fit up to 6 cars.
Montage at Santa Rosa is a gated community. Guests will be given a gate access code.

Your host won't be on the property but they'll be available for anything you need during your stay!

Montage at Santa Rosa is the best location in the Coachella Valley any time of the year, but especially during festival season! Our home is within walking distance of the Empire Polo Grounds - home to Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals.

Take a quick drive down Jefferson to the famous PGA West golf communities for a round of golf on one of their 3 public courses.

A short drive west will take you to the famous El Paseo where you can enjoy a day of shopping and lunch. Or, head over to Old Town La Quinta for dinner.

Head to Hwy 111 and you will have access to any grocery or specialty stores you need such as Target and Costco or coffee shops like Starbucks and Coffee Bean.

Easy freeway access for a quick trip to the airport, Downtown Palm Springs, or any surrounding Southern California city.
