Amazing 4th of July Get Away

Beautiful and relaxing long weekend in Indio. The property is fantastic with the pool being the crown jewel (who doesn't love the swim up bar). Management company was responsive and set expectations clearly for the trip with no surprises. Large group loved the setting, pool, pool table and well-prepped kitchen and grounds.

Great time with great friends at a great place

Spectacular outdoor space, we spent all of our waking hours outside . Highlights included the outdoor kitchen, gas fire pit and the large hot tub

Amazing Group Stay

A group of 12 adults stayed in this amazing property for a long weekend. Everything was clean and ready for us. The pool and spa are great for a larger group. Outdoor area has so much space and things to do, not a ton of space inside for entertaining, but outside makes up for it! 10/10 would recommend!

Please read before booking!!I'm giving 3 stars because, the thermostat couldn't be lower then 72. The house got warm and the bedrooms were hot when trying to sleep at night. I contacted the host to ask if they would lower the temperature and they wouldn't. I wasn't informed that the thermostat wouldn't go lower then 72 until after I booked and paid for the house. It was very disappointing that they didn't seem to care very much about our comfort in the home. If I'd known beforehand that the thermostat couldn't go lower then 72 I wouldn't have booked this place.

The home is equipped with two separate AC units for upstairs and downstairs to help maintain consistent comfort throughout the space. The thermostat is set with a minimum of 72°F, which is widely recommended by HVAC professionals as an optimal balance for comfort, system performance, and reliability—especially during the extreme desert heat. We understand that personal comfort preferences can vary, particularly during the summer months, and we do our best to clearly communicate home features in advance. While we haven’t had prior concerns regarding the temperature, we truly appreciate the feedback and will continue looking for ways to improve the guest experience.
