This was one of the best condos I have ever stayed. I have already started looking for another date to come. It was clean, spacious and I oved how fully stocked the kitchen was. Best view ever!. Great Job!!!!

While I know amenities aren’t guaranteed per the rental contract, as I was reminded by the management company when I called, I was told in a message the pool was heated in April. I sent proof of that message to the management company and I was then informed it isn’t heated after March. The frigid pool was definitely a deterrent for this unit in the future. My kids were unable to swim, or any other guest for that matter. The unit was very nice and centrally located. It was well stocked and updated. However, for a 3 bedroom unit I expected the water heater to not be a small size tank, as we had to rotate showers so we could all have hot water. We probably won’t return to this unit in the future.

Nice condo, with beautiful view. Comfortable beds and kitchen had all the amenities needed.Elevator area was small and hot. Beach was not crowded but they put the chairs out late and would take them from you at 5pm even if you were still using them.

Great place to stay.

The location and the security of the building made us feel safe and the view from our condo was beautiful. We watch dolphins from our window one morning drinking coffee. The beach was not crowded. He’d plenty of room on the beach. Very peaceful place to stay. We would stay here again.

Perdido Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone had plenty of room and the condo was very well stocked with kitchen equipment, books, and even some board games. The view of the ocean from the floor to ceiling windows and balcony were phenomenal. Everything was very clean and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for the week we stayed. Would definitely come back to this unit in the future!

The location is great and the views are beautiful. The condo's floors were not as clean as I prefer. There was m & m's under the bed and there was a weird moldy smell when we first got there. (From a wet mop.). There was construction on the balcony on the gulf side, so we were unable to use that during our stay. The unit itself was perfect for our party. It had most amenities that we needed and the kitchen was fully stocked for all the cooking we did during the weekend. The beds are comfortable and the washer and dryer worked well. We would definitely stay there again.

Fun in Perdido Key

I visited Perdido Key with my husband, 2 kids and 2 of their friends. We had a blast and our condo was wonderful. Perdido Key Towers 801 is just as pictured. There is plenty of room for all of us to have our own space but also come together for games at the end of the day. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Clean & Quiet— amazing views

Condo was exactly as described. Loved the full size washer and dryer. Beach area was quiet, pool area was clean. We had no issues during the stay and did not have to contact maintenance/owners. Floor to ceiling windows gave amazing views!! Would consider staying here again in the future & have already recommended to our family.

Nice unit but weather was not cooperating

The unit was very nice, views were breathtaking. Kitchen well equipped. When maintenance was needed, they arrived quickly. Check in was smooth and seamless.Bathrooms had plenty of towels but you have a washer/dryer to use if you ran out. Luxury Coastal rental company was very responsive if a question was asked….very important.Definitely recommend!

Perdido Towers Cindo

The condo itself was nice and as pictured. There was a water pressure issue affecting all of the condos in the building. The main bedroom bath had very little water pressure making the sink unusable even after the water pressure issue was corrected. Maintenance on the building appeared to be in progress. The pool was closed the entire stay

Dealing with IDA

Property was awesome, property managers were great - we spoke to them as we drove down to discuss the weather and how Hurricane IDA would affect our stay. Condo was clean, awesome views and updated. We love Perdido Towers and we've found a new favorite. I'm sure we'll be back before the end of the year.
