STR# 227436 Unit 703 is an open concept, updated condo that boasts comfort and relaxation in addition to fantastic views of the beach, sunrise, sunsets and the ships going through the ship channel. The large open concept has a gathering area with an oversized recliner, 2 large revolving ascent chairs, a queen sofa sleeper and a 57” TV. The one bedroom has a king bed, 44” TV and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, with 2 safety rails and a bench. The second bedroom has twin beds, a 36” TV and a private bath with a tub/shower combination and 2 safety bars. Enjoy the amenities of an exercise room, heated pool, hot tub, outdoor grill and gas fire pit facing the beach. It's the best condo in Port A!
