Dunes of Panama 1506E- Updated Unit! Stunning Views!

Dunes of Panama 1506E is a freshly renovated beach themed 3 Br 2 Ba oceanfront vacation rental condo located on the 15th floor of the Dunes of Panama Building E provides large families of up to 10 people the perfect Thomas Drive vacation location. The condo has a master bedroom with King bed and private bath suite, The master also has sliding glass doors that access the oversized beachfront balcony to sip a glass of wine while catching the stunning sunsets!

The second bedroom features a Queen bed with access to a private oceanfront balcony. The third bedroom has 2 Queen beds and accesses the large oversized beachfront balcony as well. The second and third bedrooms share the 2nd bath.

The oversized beachfront den has a sleeper sofa which can accommodate two additional guest and two sets of sliding glass doors that access the oceanfront balcony - one of PCB's largest outdoor oceanfront balconies.

The Dunes of Panama complex offers multiple pools, tennis courts, fitness center, tiki hut and spacious beach access. The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

The Thomas Drive area provides guest with easier access to restaurants like Dat Cajun Place, Patches, Schooners, Grand Marlin, Captain Anderson's, J Michaels as well as local attractions and activities without the traffic congestion of the Pier Park area of PCB. Saint Andrews Bay and the State Park are just minutes away and family activities like golf and jet skis can be enjoyed within 10 mins drive of the condo. Free Parking for up to three cars with a condo vacation rental reservation at our Beachfront Paradise in PCB.

Family Vacation on the Beach

The condo was super clean. We loved the layout of the place. All three bedrooms face the gulf and have balconies. It’s very nice. The host was available and quick to respond to any of our questions. Great vacation!!

The condo was beautiful with thoughtful amenities. The location has beautiful views and is close to the pool, beach access and Stingrays sandwich shop. I would highly recommend it. We hope to be back!

Awesome beach vacation with the family

Really enjoyed the spacious and contemporary decor of the condo. Balcony wraps around entire condo and has great views/sounds of the waves.Huge walk in closets that my teenagers never used but if you have little kids-they can camp out /play in there!

Needed some TLC before we got there. Broken dishwasher, clogged drains, no dishtowels, leaks which required us to run dehumidifier constantly. Would consider staying again. Also have not received deposit after 2 weeks!!!

Just right for our family with kids.

The only downside I could say about the place is we found dirty blankets—even a booger on the side, sand still left as if it wasn’t actually changed, I’m not quite sure. But we are the kind of family that likes to bring our own sheets and blankets to rental properties. You just never know. I don’t want to downplay this rental, it was stunning! Very spacious. Just as pictured but bigger! The kids loved it, our entire family. We stayed for the 4th of July and fireworks were beautiful. Easy beach access. Elevators are quick! Great timely responses from the property. I would recommend to stay here but may want to double check the linens. Other than that, thank you for the lovely stay!

Family Vacation

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Dunes. The condo was spacious, clean, and the views were beautiful. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the porch The Dunes were doing some upkeep while we were there. We were contacted about this prior to our stay, which I greatly appreciate. The downsides of our stay is the dryer did not work. I was notified of this as I was checking in, but nothing was done about it. We had no way to dry our beach towels. No extra sheets were provided for the pull out sofa. Finally, check out was also at 9 a.m., which is difficult when you have small children.

Lovely beach condo

I really enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious and clean. Rooms & closets were big. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had lots of stuff with a waffle maker, toaster, coffee maker & lots of spare dishes. Access to the beach was easy. Pool was a great amenity as well. Communication with the property manager was stellar. Had an issue with my shower not draining well. Easy to text or call and issue was resolved very fast! Overall, I do recommend booking this condo!!

Panama dunes

We loved the condo. The balcony was spacious and the view was beautiful. Easy access to the beach. The pool area and pool was very nice. The condo could have been a little more clean. And for the price of the cleaning fee I couldn’t believe they asked us to sweep before we left.
