Each year we upgrade our beautiful unit to make it even more attractive and well maintained. This year we’ve added some new décor to make our home away from home even more welcoming.

-Beach service included during season (2 sets)
-Large covered balcony equipped with Sunbrella slate top table & six chairs, two adjustable loungers and side tables, two swivel rockers and side table
-Living room seats 6 with 55” Flat Screen TV and has a brand new furniture including a queen sleeper sofa!
-Upgraded Xfinity TV package that includes over 100 channels with MLB, NBA, NHL, and NFL networks
-Dining Area has a bar height table that seats 6 and kitchen bar seats 4
-Fully equipped Kitchen including KITCHENAID mixer and attachments, blender, coffeemaker, toaster
-Master Bedroom has KING bed and a 32” Flat Screen TV
-Master Bath has a shower
-2nd Master has KING bed as well as a 26” TV
-The 2nd bath has a combination tub/shower
-3rd Bedroom has two Full Beds and a 26” TV

We love this unit, but we only gave a rating of 4 because the mattresses need to be replaced. This was our second time staying at this unit and would love to again, but the beds are not comfortable! The view is amazing!

Really enjoy our stay at the Dunes in Panama City Beach. The condo was as advertised. Great views - enjoyed the large porch area. It was also nice to have your own private parking next to the elevators and can reserve beach chairs for your entire stay!

The condo was very comfortable and the large windows overlooking the ocean was an added bonus. The deck was large with a big table. We enjoyed that the view allowed us to easily see the pool where our kids were swimming.

This property is exactly as listed, but the pictures cannot do that view justice!! We were blown away by the beauty and experience this property provided. Easy beach access, pools with tiki bars on site, close to some amazing restaurants and amenities, but not too busy (in the best way). Would LOVE to go back!!

Perfect Stay

The panoramic beach view was the best!! The wrap around balcony was amazing. There were 8 of us and we all were comfortable in the clean, amazing condo. I personally would have enjoyed it a bit more if the balcony master door would have been allowed to open. Listening to the waves come in on a cooler night would have been amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This unit is exactly as described. I'm crave cleanliness and organization and this place had it and so much more! Beautiful views

The property was just as seen in the pictures - it was amazing! The rooms were spacious and well- appointed with comfortable and modern furnishings. The balcony was a definite selling point with large table and multiple chairs. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. The teenagers loved having their own small balcony off one of the guest rooms. The property included chairs at the beach and a dedicated parking spot right beside the elevators. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future. Kim from Tennessee

Beautiful view

The condo view was like nothing we’ve seen before. You have almost a panoramic view of the ocean since the condo is at an angle and there are windows through the entire condo. The master bedroom view was amazing. The condo was nice and was as advertised. Our only complaint was the cleanliness when we got there. There were goldfish crackers under the master bedroom bed, dust in the air vents, and a little food left in the fridge but that definitely didn’t take away from us enjoying our stay. We did not find the information binder which was in a drawer until we were cleaning up to leave so you may want to set that out for others to find. Wonderful vacation and wonderful condo.

Our new favorite place to stay!

Through the years we have stayed in around 15 different properties on Panama City beach. Have loved most of them, but this is our new favorite. LOVE the view and layout. Friendly and responsive management, all instructions clear. Close to everything. We mainly liked to be a bit away from the crowds of Pier Park. And we loved that this property is not a massive high rise where tons of people are on the beach. This was still a busy holiday weekend but it was not crowded here. Truly had an amazing time! Unit is renovated, nice and clean. Everything you need is there (except we did not find a hair dryer). That simple addition would make it perfect. Preferably one in each bathroom.

Amazing Property

It's really hard to book a place like this online. It's hard to tell what they area, the building, the accommodations will actually be like. I feel so lucky to have booked this property. The condo property is five very large building in a gated area. This condo is in a building right on the water and directly across from the pools. There are restaurants across the street and a few shops within walking distance. The condo itself is fully stocked. Our family visited for Thanksgiving and we had everything we needed for a full holiday week. (We did need to go buy dish soap, but that's it.) The balcony was one of my favorite parts of this condo. It's huge and has a full table and multiple chairs for lounging. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to go back!
