Beautiful apartment in the tourist district of Saint-Roch with beautiful volumes located in the heart of the lively district of Saint Roch in the hypercenter of Montpellier (Écusson). 5 min walk from the Place de la Comédie, Jardin du Peyrou, Saint Anne, Laissac Market. 10 minutes walk from the Saint Roch train station. Close to all shops (bar downstairs from the apartment) and the tramway. One of the most charming areas of the city.

I have just changed the kitchen.
The accommodations are a spacious apartment of almost 60 m2 with 3 meters of high ceilings and two large windows. It is completely open, although the bedroom is set back, and has been renovated. The bedding is also new and comfortable. The accommodations are rated *** stars of furnished tourist accommodation number: 34172-000204-35
All shops in the street and in particular a bar just downstairs.

L'appartement est très beau, très bien situé. J'ai trouvé qu'il manquait quelques commodités, j'ai eu de la difficulté à trouver des serviettes, par exemple. L'appartement est bien situé, au coeur du quartier historique, ça peut toutefois être assez bruyant. Les trams sont tout près, plusieurs commerces de proximité.

L'emplacement est vraiment top pour sillonner Montpellier,.proche des commerces et des transports également L'accueil est très sympathique (par sa maman pour ma part) et Maxence est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions Je recommande sans souci cet hébergement

L'appartement est très bien situé pour les départs pour visiter le coeur du centre ville.Je l'ai apprécié aussi pour les transports en commun qui sont à deux rues.Et j'ai aimé aussi l'accueil qui est rare maintenant.

Tout va bien

L'appartement, aménagé avec goût, offre tout ce dont on a besoin. Il est situé dans un quartier central et animé. Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise !
