Location is great and allowed us to walk to our favorite spots in town.Minor future improvements - More towels, bath sheets, would be nice and placed in room and bathroom ( we had to look for them).Overall bed sheets and pillow cases were fine, but they should be replaced specially master bedroom pillows covers.Owner was very responsive to our questions.Will definitely consider for next year.

Darren’s place was the perfect spot for our two families. Once we figured out the easier path to get to the beach, we were smooth sailing! The house was quiet and gave us plenty of room to hang out together and to give everyone a quiet individual retreat as well. Thanks for letting us stay at your home!

Excellent property! Our extended family of 10 people had plenty of room and the amenities were great! Very good location, with the stores and restaurants along Rehoboth Ave just an easy walk away. There were too many jellyfish in the ocean to do much swimming in the ocean, but the pool was very nice and was less than a minute walk from the front door. Parking spaces were plentiful, and the owner was very responsive to the few questions we had. It is likely that we will stay there next year around this same time.

We loved this property for our two families (5 kids total). It had everything we needed. The town parking pass made it easy to do a car shuffle to get everyone to and from the beach. The beach and boards were very walkable but we had a lot of tiny legs with us, so we did drive. Darren was so nice to work with! When a member of our party had a total mishap on checkin/out days, Darren made it so easy for us to add another night so we could have the time together. The house was really clean and had lots of toys, dry goods, beach gear, and games. We hope to book again next year with one additional family that couldn’t make it this year. We loved Rehoboth and the quick access to Rise Up and the 24-hour Royal Farms was super convenience. Can’t wait to return!

Darren was incredibly quick to respond to a small glitch when we arrived. It was resolved within minutes. He was very friendly, accommodating and helpful.Home was well furnished, comfortable furniture, plenty of pots pans & utensils in the kitchen. The bathrooms were well maintained and clean.My family, friends and I enjoyed our stay in Rehoboth Beach and specifically in this home.

Great location for our family

This was our first stay in Rehoboth. We enjoyed the location of this home and the access to the community pool and playground. We followed the guidance of the host and found the beach that he recommended to be well suited to our multi-generational family.

Great house, Great location

This 4 level townhouse is a great place to stay while at Rehoboth Beach. Located centrally between the beach shops and all the other restaurants/shopping on Coastal Highway, it's easy to get places relatively quickly. Having four showers really comes in handy and the community pool is literally 100 ft from the front door. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to say in Rehobeth

Absolutely great place to stay in Rehobeth. Right off Rehobeth Ave and close to everything. Place is very spacious, clean and updated appliances. Would highly recommend it for any larger group going to Rehobeth. We had 10 comfortably stay there and all loved it (4 teens along with both sets of grandparents).

Beautiful, convenient home

Everything was great in the house. It was a perfect place for a family gathering and a very convenient base from which to go out to the various appointments we had for our grandson's wedding activities. Beautiful setting, close to town, not far from beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The location was perfect for our family. It was great!!

We had a wonderful vacation with our family. There was plenty of room in the home for all of us. Bedrooms and living space were large and comfy. We walked to the boardwalk every night. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. It’s a great place. Enjoy!!!

Great Beach Vacation

We had a lovely time in this townhouse property. The neighborhood is lovely, walking distance to shops and to the beach. The home was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. There is lots of space and we enjoyed the home and the pool. Our host provided great instructions and information on the area. We would definitely book this location again.

Great Place To Stay

We had two families staying (4 adults and 5 children). We had plenty of space and loved the proximity to the pool. The furnishings made it feel like home. The location to the town was a delightful 20 minute walk. The owners were very accommodating and the air-hockey table was a big hit. We would recommend this home to fellow renters.

A week at the beach

The property was very clean and well maintained. This not only included the residence but all the surrounding property. One of the best things about the home was it location. It was a reasonable walk to the beach and all the shopping and restaurants.

Amazing Rehoboth Townhome

We had an amazing stay at Darren’s property! The townhouse is huge with plenty of space for 3 families (6 adults and 4 young children). The house was clean and exactly as described in the listing . It was an easy walk to everything in Rehoboth. On future trips to Rehoboth, I will definitely be checking Darren’s availability!
