Kendra and her group were absolutely awesome! We had a minor challenge during their stay but it was able to be addressed immediately because they were great about communicating with us. We really appreciated how they handled the situation and they took care of our house as if it were their own. We would recommend Kendra to other hosts for certain and would welcome them back anytime. Excellent winter visit to Rehoboth. Host was communicative, and ensured the house was ready to go even with a recent winter storm. House was extremely clean and kitchen was well-stocked. Could have walked everywhere (if it hadn’t been -10 wind chill). House was great and host’s instructions were clear and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

William, Thank you taking the time to write a review for our property. It certainly was the coldest weekend of the year! Thank you so much for taking such great care of the house while you visited. We would certainly recommend you to any other hosts. You even went out of your way to reinstall the grill cover that the wind had blown off. Given the weather I know you couldn't have used it yourself. You did everything we could have asked for and would host your group again without hesitation. Thanks again, Brian.

David, Thank you for your great review! These are very helpful to other travelers who are trying to decide where to stay. I know I read them to guide decisions. We wanted to set up the house in a way that it would feel like a place you wanted to be, not just a place to crash at the end of a day on the beach. Our family uses the house for our own vacations as well and we love it. Quiet at night but walking distance to everything. We hope to see you again some time and thanks again for booking your trip with us this time. Brian.

Great vacation in Rehoboth Beach

My family and I just spent a week at the beach. This property was a beautiful place to relax in and enjoy each other’s company. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. The large kitchen was perfect for family gatherings and cooking together. The bedrooms and the set up easily accommodated three families. The host provided bikes and bedding which made our stay even better.

Very comfortable, immaculate, well supplied home with an incredibly kind and cooperative owner. Brian was absolutely terrific to work with. He was prompt, professional, agreable and available whenever needed. We brought our adult kids, grandkids and dogs so the fenced backyard and cul de sac location worked great for us. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable bedding with private bathrooms for our group were much appreciated. Kitchen was well stocked, extra fridge and freezer were huge pluses. Everything was sparkling clean and it was a terrific long weekend in Rehoboth! So many things. were provided for which is not always the case with beach rentals. Would highly recommend, we hope to come back!

July 2022

This was our family’s first time in Rehoboth. We had three families stay at this property - with seven children ages 3-12. The property was immaculately clean and welcoming. We had constant contact with the owner who was incredibly helpful in helping us navigate the best beaches, pools and parking. Incredibly wonderful time - I would highly recommend for families of all ages! We will definitely be back! The pictures online do not do this properly justice - it is absolutely beautiful and so spacious! The quiet neighborhood was perfect and we loved walking to the boardwalk for ice cream at night. 10/10 would recommend!!
