Bienvenido a "Grand Slam Haus II Rehoboth" en la comunidad de Canal Pointe, al este de la Ruta 1, a poca distancia a pie o en bicicleta del centro de Rehoboth o las playas.
La casa tiene 5 habitaciones en tres niveles y un total de cuatro baños completos. La lujosa cocina está abierta a la Gran Sala a través de una barra de desayuno y se centra alrededor de la chimenea con TV de pantalla plana. La suite del propietario se encuentra en el primer piso y cuenta con un enorme armario con vestidor y una bañera verdaderamente tipo spa, con bañera y ducha separadas. Otros dos dormitorios se encuentran en el primer piso. Dos amplios dormitorios con su propio baño completo se encuentran arriba y en el sótano.

Tanto a los niños como a los adultos les encantará la gran sala de recreación con juegos de mesa (ping-pong y mesa de billar / air hockey convertible), así como una zona de estar con TV de pantalla plana y XBOX. Un porche filtrado es un área perfecta para relajarse.

The house was ideal for our family vacation/ 6 grandchildren ages ten and under. Plenty of room and the downstairs was great for the children to play. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and hopefully will be staying here again.

Family vacation stay

We had a great week while staying at this house. It’s a very short drive to the beach and boardwalk. The house is a great size for multiple families to stay at and the accessibility of a pool was awesome. The owner was great and when we had to call about something he took care of it right away. We would highly recommended staying here and would definitely book here again.

Great House!

It was a very comfortable stay for 7 adults and 3 kids! The house was big, clean, and everything was in good working order. We enjoyed how nice and quiet the neighborhood was for morning walks, and only about 5 minutes drive to get to a wide range of restaurants and the beach! Dirk was very responsive from the start to the end of our stay! Highly recommend for a great vacation in Rehoboth!

We just wrapped up an amazing stay at this beach house, and we couldn’t be more thankful. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home—comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for our family. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week together.Even though it wasn’t directly on the beach, the location was perfect—just a short drive to the sand, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when we wanted it. We loved coming back after long beach days to unwind on the porch, cook dinner together, and play games as a family.This home gave us the perfect mix of fun and relaxation, and we made so many special memories here. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again soon!

A group of 5 couples and 2 children stayed here for a long weekend in May. The house was perfectly outfitted with all the nicest amenities making our stay such a delightful experience!!! The neighborhood was nicely located within close driving, biking, and/or jogging distance to the Rehobeth boardwalk and beaches making it very convenient. Dirk, the owner, was a pleasure to work with being highly responsive and attentive. It is obvious he cares about his home and providing his renters a fun and hassle-free experience!!

I planned our stay to allow for an extended family gathering. The home has lots of space, plenty of room for everyone to eat together, and spaces for smaller groups to spend time together. The home is close to downtown and the boardwalk. We rented bicycles and enjoyed being able to bike ride to the beach. Many in our group enjoyed the pools in the neighborhood, which was very pretty with lots of flowering trees and bushes. We did have a problem with the kitchen sink backing up, and when a plumber could not be found to address the issue, the owner came himself and took care of it, which was very appreciated. He had the opportunity to interact with members of our family and everyone had a different story to share that they had learned about the history of the house! One of the reasons we chose this house was the accessibility for my parents, who can no longer negotiate stairs. There are only a couple of well-spaced steps to enter the house and did not prov difficult for them. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Glade

This was the second year we stayed at the glade. First, this place is beautiful. The front is nice but once you enter this house everyone just went WOW!!! Second, Dirk is a great person. He help us with any problem we had and got back to us very quickly. Finally, if anyone is looking for a beautiful house, super owner, and a place to just relax this is the place. We loved it!!!

Family Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely lovely and was stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The home is close to grocery stores, outlets and the beach so the location was top notch. Also The owner was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him (which was only once because he managed to think of every detail). The whole family can’t wait to come back!!

Great house and location

The location was amazing! A 5 min drive to the beach and close to everything. The house was great at well. The pillows throughout the house and couch in the master bedroom could use an updating but other than that it was a great house!

Great Location

The house was in a great location right off of Coastal Highway and about 10 minutes to Rehoboth Beach. It is a large house with plenty of room and beds. It could use some upgrades and a deep cleaning.

The location of this home was perfect, a short walk to both community pools. The beach, water park, Funland, and great restaurants were a short drive away. The house was clean and inviting. Looking forward to another great vacation in Rehoboth!

Loved our time at the grand slam house!

We really enjoyed our time at the house! It was located in a great area with easy access to the beach via a short drive. We had three separate families, 2 grandparents, and about 7 kids in our group. The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone! We will definitely be back!

We had another great vacation at this home. It’s a beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone in our family. Having the basement is great for the kids to play or watch movies while the adults cook dinner or play games. Highly recommend!
