Very quiet, spacious holiday home - surrounded by orange groves - with a small private pool (4.60 x 2.50 x 1.10m). The house has an upscale, holiday-friendly equipment. The rural residential area offers a lot of privacy. The beach of Deveses can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes (650m), a small river (Molinell) must be crossed. Electricity consumption is charged separately and is not included in the rental price. The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Blanca. It is over five kilometers long, between 50 and 100 meters wide, is lined to the west by a narrow belt of dunes and extends between Oliva in the north and the edge of the village of Els Poblets near Denia in the south.
The house offers everything you need for your vacation. Air conditioning, fireplace, winter garden and all windows with shutters to keep the heat outside. Private garden with several terraces and plenty of opportunities for sunbathing and chilling. The garden is completely fenced and cannot be seen from the outside. In the entrance area there is a covered terrace with many seating areas for sitting together in the evening.
The house is suitable for families due to its size. Two families can be accommodated. Baby cots can be provided on request.
In the house you will find a living room with a fireplace. 4 bedrooms (one with a double bed (200 x 1.80m), one with 2 single beds (2.00 x 0.90m), one with a loft bed (1.90 x 0.90m) and one with a french bed. Bed (2.00 x 1.50m). There are also 2 bathrooms with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher and extractor hood, another extra kitchen is suitable for grilling or preparing delicious paellas. The winter garden in the back of the building is ideal as a dining room and is equipped with an oven. There is a barbecue area on the adjoining rear terrace. A gas grill is at your disposal. There are 6 loungers for the sun-seekers. The carport in front of the house offers two covered parking spaces. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. The LCD TV offers all German and Spanish programs and an additional grill with wood or charcoal firing is available next to the winter garden. The pool is cleaned twice a week.
A pizzeria and a Spanish restaurant are nearby, within walking distance in 2 to 5 minutes. There are many small restaurants and bars in the wider area. There is something on the menu for every taste.
Possible leisure activities that are also within walking distance: karting, kite surfing. In the surrounding area there is the possibility to play golf or horse riding (Oliva Nova). You can get more destinations and tips on site.
For evening excursions, we recommend that you drive to the fishing district in Denia 10 minutes away by car or visit one of the many beach bars (chiringuitos) open from June to mid-October.

Nous avons séjourné dans une charmante maison d’hôtes locale, typiquement espagnole, qui offrait tout le confort moderne tout en conservant un charme rustique. L’accueil chaleureux des hôtes a immédiatement mis en valeur l’hospitalité espagnole. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et décorées avec goût, offrant une vue imprenable sur les paysages environnants.
Sympathique résidence d'été pour ces vacances près de Denia. Petite Piscine entretenue par quelqu'un de très sympa qui venait deux fois /semaine. Tout est sur place mais une notice pour l'emploi du percolateur serait sympa ( il y avait tout de meme une bonne vieille cafetiere ), Wifi OK . Tout est dimensionné pour 8 jusqu'au coquetier, un barbecue au gaz est même disponible même si faire des gambas c'est meilleur au charbon ;o) . Les plages sont situés à proximité et très sympas. Un bon resto pas cher (le Bellamar ) a 1.5km est à decouvrir. Allez aussi voir les font salat, petit endroit ou se rafraichir , juste à coté (5km) ainsi que pour ceux qui aiment le cheval le centre equestre d'Oliva ou l'on parle même francais... On n'est plus proche de Denia que d'Oliva d'ailleurs notamment pour les courses ( Grandes surfaces à Ondara ) .A noter uniquement notre etonnement pour la facture EDF qui n'est précisé qu'au moment de la confirmation de sejour , je pense que le proprietaire pourrait l'inclure directement au depart , meme si celle ci n'est pas tres importante .Au résumé un très bon sejour au soleil d'Oliva. Quelques details seraient à revoir comme le carrelage autour de la piscine, des serviettes de toilette un peu plus grande, la gestion des poubelles avec deux bacs a roulettes pour les emmener. Autrement pour le voisinage rien à dire les voisins d'a coté sont sympas mais derrière une voisine un peu plus loin a un tas de petits chiens et les laissent aboyer, plutot en matinée.

Schönes Domizil mit kurzem Fußweg zum Strand
Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der ein echter Profi in Sachen Vermietung ist.
Das merkt man dann auch an der Ausstattung - es fehlt nichts und insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet bis hin zum Jura Kaffeeautomat, Friteuse, großer Kühlschrank, Gasgrill, Pfannen, Töpfe, Gläser und Besteck etc. - alles sauber und in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden.
Das Haus haben wir sehr sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden - damit war nach der Anreise nicht erst eine riesige Putzaktion nötig (haben wir leider schon in anderen Häusern erlebt). Die Beschreibung des Hauses und der Nähe zum sehr schönen Sandstrand ist absolut zutreffend. Rings um das Haus sind ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten und Tische vorhanden. Wir hatten keinen Stromausfall - selbst bei laufender Klimaanlage.
Der Pool ist nicht sehr tief aber zum Abkühlen gut geeignet; durch die direkt angrenzende Hecke fliegen immer wieder Blätter rein aber ansonsten war er sauber und wurde auch regelmäßig durch den Pool-Service betreut. Die Austattung des Hauses (Türen, Wandstärke etc) ist typisch für ein spanisches Häuschen mit älterem Baujahr. Es wurde auch offensichtlich erst ein neues Badezimmer mit Dusche eingebaut - sehr ordentlich. In diesem Badezimmer befindet sich auch die Waschmaschine. Das WLAN hat funktioniert, ist allerdings bzgl. Datenvolumen pro Aufenthalt limitiert.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung war unkompliziert.
Für einen Strandurlaub können wir das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist aus unserer Sicht absolut in Ordnung.
Als Verbesserungsvorschläge würden wir nennen: Anschaffung eines leistungsfähigeren Staubsaugers und noch besserer Matratzen (aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache und was man gewöhnt ist).
Insgesamt, wie gesagt, man merkt, dass der Vermieter Erfahrung mit Ferienvermietung hat.
