Aire acondicionado: el condominio cuenta con varias unidades de aire acondicionado para mantenerte fresco y cómodo durante tu estadía. Como la electricidad es una ventaja, le pedimos que cierre las puertas cuando use las unidades de aire acondicionado. Las unidades también tienen una tendencia a funcionar mal si las puertas están abiertas, por lo que le pedimos que se asegure de que la unidad esté sellada antes de utilizarlas durante períodos prolongados. Ruido: Garantizar que te diviertas es nuestra máxima prioridad. Si bien le recomendamos que aproveche al máximo su estadía, también le pedimos que tenga en cuenta a las demás personas que se quedan aquí. Esto significa que no hay dispositivos de audio ruidosos en las áreas públicas y un toque de queda a las 10:30 p.m. Kau Kan se enorgullece de tener un ambiente tranquilo, relajante y familiar, y como tal, no se tolerará el exceso de alcohol y el comportamiento ruidoso. Después de la primera queja, los invitados recibirán una advertencia. Una segunda queja dará como resultado la pérdida del depósito de daños y una tercera queja dará como resultado el desalojo inmediato de la propiedad. Alberca Privada: su villa tiene una hermosa piscina situada en el balcón para que disfrute. Le pedimos que no traiga alimentos, bebidas o animales a la piscina en ningún momento. Seguro: para establecer un código para la caja fuerte, escriba el código que desea y presione el botón 'A', vuelva a escribir el código y vuelva a presionar A. Llegadas tarde por la noche: si llega a su destino después de las 10 pm, tenga en cuenta que se aplicará un cargo extra de 400 pesos ya que tendremos que enviar a alguien para que le proporcione las llaves y le deje entrar. \--------------------- ENGLISH-------------------- Cleaning: Please be respectful of the unit and the things inside it. The unit will be cleaned once per week. If you require additional cleaning, it can be arranged for a fee of 350 pesos. At the end of your stay, please ensure that dishes are washed and any large messes are looked after. A/C: The condo has a number of AC units to keep you cool and comfortable during your stay. As electricity is a premium, we ask that you please close your doors when using the air conditioning units. The units also have a tendency to malfunction if doors are open so we ask that you make sure the unit is sealed before running them for long periods of time. Noise: Ensuring you enjoy yourself is our top priority. While we encourage you to make the most of your stay, we also ask you to be mindful of the other people that are staying here. This means no loud audio devices in public areas and a noise curfew of 10:30pm. Kau Kan prides itself on having a quiet, relaxing and family friendly environment and as such partying, excessive drinking and rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated. After the first complaint guests will receive a warning. A second complaint will result in the loss of damage deposit and a third complaint will result in immediate eviction from the property. Plunge Pool: Your villa has a beautiful plunge pool located on the balcony for you to enjoy. We ask that you don't bring food, drinks or animals into the plunge pool at any time. Safe: To set a code for the safe, type in the code you want and hit the 'A' button, retype the code and hit A again. To change the code, press and hold the red button on the inside of the safe and repeat the process above. Instructions for using the safe can be found on it. Late night arrivals: If you are arriving to your destination after 10pm, please note that an extra charge of 400 pesos will apply as we will have to send somebody out to provide you with the keys and let you in.
