• esto es un romántico y encantador pequeño apartamento situado en la playa de la ropa en la hermosa bahía de Zihuatanejo, una opción ideal para disfrutar de un tiempo maravilloso y relajante.

• que se encuentra en el complejo de apartamentos Villa del Sol de acuerdo con el exclusivo cinco estrellas instalaciones del hotel Virrey.

• se puede disfrutar de un pedazo de paraíso hecha de arena blanca y bañada por un mar tranquilo. Este es uno de los pocos condominios situados en el lado de la playa, sólo hay que caminar por la senda de la palmera romántica a la playa sin necesidad de salir de la propiedad o cruzar la carretera.

• el condominio está rodeado de 15.000m2 de preciosos jardines tropicales y grandes piscinas. Si necesita un momento de relajación puede probar la piscina hermosa con una vista del asombroso, pero si usted prefiere un poco más de acción que puede probar la piscina semiolímpica.

The villa is so cute and cozy. It’s very clean and has everything you need . Love the privacy and decoration. Will definitely stay here again if available. Noemi is very friendly and easy going as well. Lupita is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Loved our stay here.

The staff was attentive and kind. Other guests were very friendly. Our only complaint is that there were persistent little bugs in our place. I would highly recommend this VRBO

Private sanctuary

Although this apartment is located in a larger facility, it is tucked in at the side and very private. There is wonderful outdoor space, maid service, and everything you need for cooking. We would definitely stay again!

I had a lovely stay in this comfortable, private and bright condo! The grounds are stunning, the location is perfect and the condo is bright and tucked into a cozy spot on the property. Highly recommend.

Quaint and Convenient

We found the place very quaint in a beautiful location. The green space next door was full of different birds to discover and listen too and having access to 3 different pools as well as the beach was awesome. Playa de Ropa is the best beach we've been too. The room was nice and clean with great staff.

Great stay in La Ropa beach

We had a fabulous stay at this condo. Naomi’s unit is a wonderful studio in the Villa del sol. We loved the layout, the gardens and pools and access to the beautiful beach at La Ropa. Lupita, the local contact, was welcoming and dealt with all our needs. There are good restaurants close by and a new pickleball facility within a 10 min walk . We will definitely be back!

Loved the Little Condo With Direct Access To The Beach

The condo was a very clean and comfortable studio. The property is gorgeous and we enjoyed the 5 minute walk past several swimming pools and the tropical grounds connecting the hotel and condos to get to the beautiful soft sand beach where our reserved beach lounges were set up every day (you have to call or email the front office to reserve and there is a very small charge). We took a taxi to the grocery store for a few supplies and margarita makings and had breakfast and several lunches in the condo but there are 5 or 6 restaurants within walking distance (we didn’t have a car and didn’t really need one) if you want to go out. The shrimp and seafood dishes are always very fresh. For a break from Mexican meals - which were all good - try the Italian and Pizza restaurants across the street. For a breakfast out go the tall orange hotel down the beach and go around to the front and ask for the restaurant. It was the best breakfast and is a very good deal. The condo was cleaned several times by a very friendly housekeeper. We would love to stay there again.

Private Getaway

We walked past a small pool overlooking lush tropical vegetation and opened a gate that led to stairs that took us to our own little hideaway. We had a good sized outside patio with table and 4 chairs. The kitchen had a two burner stove which we didn’t use, but the refrigerator and freezer were good, the ice cubes were made with bottled water. Coffee maker, microwave, electric tea kettle and blender were all offered. Air conditioning was perfect! Mattress was comfortable, bathroom was roomy, and our living room was large enough for 3 couples to enjoy ourselves and dance!! We could hear the ocean from the patio, and even from our bedroom. We got Netflix on the TV, and the walk to the beach was just minutes away, and well paved. We would love to come back!!

great location

The grounds are well maintained any problems were corrected immediately. My only problem is lack of towels and a little spectic smell while sitting on the terrace other wise it is secluded and the pool is right there and the beach is in a great location

La Playa Ropa

The bed was a little more firm than I could handle, and I was felt a little misled about the proximity to the beach, but we were overall satisfied with our stay. The price was right and the nights were quiet. Clean room, cool, air, bottled water included. A grill would be nice, just because I like to grill, but I didn’t except one.

Villa Del Sol

Enjoyed having our own lounges at the beach! We had sunny skies—-a little on the hot side! The place was very clean and nicely decorated! Staff were very friendly and accommodating! The fridge may need replacing soon—- noisy, my husband levelled it which helped! We hope to be back next year!( we had one very noisy night caused by the people above but Lupita managed to put a stop to it!)

Privacy and Bliss

We really loved La Ropa and our condo just up the hill from the beach. We had a lovely view of fireworks one night. Enjoyed hearing the ocean and total privacy. What a nice surprise to have padded chaise lounges set up at our request for us each day, right in line with all the palapas and lounges from the Thompsons Resort. Just steps from their bar and restaurant. A big bonus for staying here! We will be back!

Perfect Getaway

Everything about this trip was smooth and easy. I enjoyed great weather and loved Zihuatanejo. This was the first time I have vacationed by myself. I felt totally safe in the town and particularly in the Residencias. I spent lots of time on the beach and at the pool, which was never occupied by anyone other than myself. The bright, traditional decor in the condo was cheerful and welcoming. The condo would have been perfect also for 2 people. A great spot I hope rent again.

4 Nights at Residencias Villa del Sol

This is a perfect spot for 2 people. The unit is so bright and airy and so private. We used the little pool just a few steps from the unit where the view is spectacular and you can hear the waves from La Ropa Bay. The beach also is a very short walk away with the use of lounge chairs and beach towels. Lovely spot! Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Why Zihuatanejo:
My family and I have come to Zihuatanejo since the 70´s because it is our favorite Mexican beach (and we know almost all the tourist beaches in this country). We love "Playa La Ropa" because of its calm sea, its fine sand, the all year incredible weather, the warm seawater, and the beautiful Zihuatanejo bay. Besides it is very nice to have a walk by the afternoon in the fisherman’s downtown, with their friendly and smiling people.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The department is a quiet little romantic place where you can be relaxed undisturbed enjoying the benefits of a tropical paradise. Its location makes it a very quiet place and there is no eye contact with neighboring departments. A few steps away there is a pool that has a magnificent view of the bay. It is one of the few private places in the zihuatanejo bay that has direct access to the beach so you don’t have to get out the property or cross any street to feel the sand on your feet. Facilities include an infinity swimming pool that offers a great view of the bay with astonish sunsets. You can enjoy the benefits of the five star viceroy hotel and let them pamper you.
