This holiday home with adjoining small tower in typical Umbrian style is located near Monte Umbertide, just 37 km from Lake Trasimeno and 45 km from Perugia.



The property is located on a hill in a beautiful panoramic position and offers a pool, a large covered terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, barbecue and stone oven as well as a multi-field (mini football / tennis). From the terrace and the pool below you can enjoy a beautiful view over the valley. The main house is divided into three independent apartments and is located on a plot of 10,000 m² of wooded land that invites you to take beautiful walks. Mosquito nets on all windows, WiFi zone, car park on the property.



The location of your holiday home is convenient for reaching the main towns of Umbria and Tuscany. Access to the house is via a 1.8 km gravel road. Excursion destinations: Città di Castello 18 km, Lake Trasimeno and Cortona 37 km, Gubbio 41 km, Perugia 45 km. Check-out until 09 am.

Sommerferien

Wir hatten genügend Platz für 10 Erwachsene und 7 Kinder zum schlafen, baden und essen. Leider war das Geschirr nicht sehr sauber als wir ankamen und die Lichter ums Haus gingen erst am zweitletzten Abend, dass waren aber auch die einzigen mankos. Die Schlafzimmer und Lounge etwas in die Jahre gekommen ( nicht mehr so neu wie auf den Fotos), doch für uns war es sehr gut mit den Kindern und die Lage mit der Aussicht ein Traum. Die Auffahrt mit dem Auto haben wir ohne Probleme geschafft. Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen mit der Familie verbracht. Freundlicher Manager und gute Kommunikation.

Wonderful villa for our annual holiday with friends

It was quite a search, trying to find a house that would suit no less than 7 couples and a baby, with good bedrooms for everyone and plenty of space. This place was everything we had looked for: an indoor and outdoor kitchen, big bedrooms, a great private pool and big dining area with a view. We had an unforgettable time here, can absolutely recommend it!
