Very poor experience. Do not recommend.
The property and surrounding blocks are all actively under construction, which wasn't shared with us until the day we arrived for our stay.
When we arrived, the AC was not working. The property manager was very responsive on the first and second days, but it still took the building 2 days to get the AC working. We had to sleep with windows open in the meantime which was hot and very loud because of all the construction in the area.
On the 3rd day, we were woken up at 7am by loud banging which continued for about 2hrs. There was work being done on the machines in the garbage room, which is right on the other side of the apartment's bedroom wall. This continued every morning at 7am for the remainder of the trip, which made sleeping nearly impossible. We asked the property manager to please contact the property about this, but never heard back from them during the remaining 4 days of our trip, even after following up another time.
Many basics were also not included in the apartment. Washer & dryer were listed as amenities but laundry detergent was not included so we couldn't actually do any laundry. There were not any hand towels in the apartment, neither for the sink in the kitchen or in the bathroom. There was a bar of soap and Q-tips/cotton balls in the bathroom, but no shampoo or conditioner. We ran out of toilet paper during our stay and when we reached out to the property manager about it we never heard back from them.
We are very frustrated that we spent so much money and had such a poor experience. We still have not heard back from the property manager. We definitely do not recommend staying here.
