Amazing Single-Family Oceanfront Vacation Home

NOTE: In efforts to slow the spread of the coronavirus, extra precautions are being taken to clean and sanitize our home after each renter's departure.

This modern 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is directly on the ocean, with outstanding views of brilliant blue water. It's perfectly located on the desirable southern end of Topsail Beach, a short distance from shops, restaurants, and the Jolly Roger fishing pier. Inside you'll find comfortable, peaceful decor and a kitchen with a full set of amenities. 10 can sleep comfortably on three queen beds, two twins, and a sleeper sofa, with all bedrooms directly facing the ocean. There is one porta-crib and one pack ‘n play for the little ones!

Come experience the atmosphere of south Topsail Beach where there are no crowds, no noise, only smiling faces, clean sand, family-friendliness and warm times.

Everything about this home was wonderful! Beds were comfortable, home was clean, great access to everything. Communications before and after our stay with Pearl were great!! Didn't need to contact her during our stay because there were no issues with the home. Great, detailed instructions were provided. Will absolutely stay again!

We love Topsail Island. Pearl's home was perfect for our family. We had a wondrful time and can't wait to come back. Would suggest updating cookware, as some of the nonstick pans are worn out and peeling.

Great time of the Sea-Zen!

We had a great time this past week. The house is beautiful. Three bedrooms downstairs and the master upstairs with the kitchen. Owners were super responsive. We had a great trip and would book this house again.

Quick Weekend Away

The only issue we had was the coffee pot was not working but was just a small issue in a great weekend. House was extremely clean and well laid out. Access to beach was great and not far from food/gift shops. Highly recommended!!

Very nice house in a wonderful location.

We had a great experience for our first stay in Topsail. The house was perfect for our group of six and the beachfront location was both beautiful and relaxing. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to spend time at the beach in a nice section of Topsail.

Why they chose this property

There are a few things that really make Topsail Beach stand out as a perfect vacation spot. First, it's never crowded. Topsail Beach has the feel of a classic family beach spot, no high-rises, no traffic, friendly folks everywhere. Even in peak season, there's never a crowd on the beach. Second, even though it's small Topsail Beach has all the amenities, with a grocery store, restaurants, seafood shop, souvenirs and even a church nearby. Finally, it's easy to get to, either by driving or flying into Wilmington airport less than an hour away.

What makes this property unique

At our home Sea-Zen you can simply walk out your bedroom door and down to the beach! Our home is perfectly located halfway between the Jolly Roger Fishing Pier and Serenity Point, a beautiful, wide expanse of sand at the southern tip of the island. While indoors, enjoy the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable decor, and dolphin watch views!
