All was good but swimming pool was on the top of the building owned by the hotel and extra charge No hot water in our room

The pool is managed by the hotel downstairs. There is water heater that works great. You probably didn’t turn it on.

We had a fantastic time in this apartment. The area is superb and we would definitely like to return. Communication with the host was excellent he went above and beyond to help us explore and make the most of our 4 day stay (not long enough). We are looking forward to the next time already. Thankyou

Delightful Stay In Dobrota

We had a great two weeks at this property. It is a perfect location to go into Kotor or to head up the coast line. The apartment has beautiful views and several seating options.

Perfect Apartment in Dobrota!

Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the view was spectacular. Our local contact was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help make our stay pleasurable! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spectacular views, clean and beautifully decorated apartment

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very clean, beautifully decorated apartment and the views are stunning from the balcony. The apartment is very quiet and is a few minutes drive to Kotor Old Town, and a 15-20 minute walk down to some great restaurants along the water.

Beautiful place with amazing view!

The property is modern and elegant and has an amazing view of the Bay of Kotor. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and we took a walk down to the water front and had a fantastic dinner of grilled fish at the restaurant for Forza hotel. The location is in a quiet neighorhood up on the hill and is very peaceful. In order to visit the touristry areas such as Old Kotor, you need a vehicle. We were able to use a taxi service to get to and from the apartment, but if you are staying several days and want to see many sights, take Rana's advice and have a car.

The apartment is as described and very comfortable. The air con is great and the view stunning. However use of a pool is misrepresented, the only one available is on the roof of the hotel and a daily charge is made.A car is required if staying here as the infrastructure is not set up for the high level of tourists in Kotor, the bus runs hourly but due to the traffic can arrive up to 40mins later than expected. There are plenty of taxis but they charge what they like, we paid several differing amounts for the same journey. Also the walk up from the lakeside is up four hills, two of which are very steep. The scenery really is spectacular it’s just a shame that so many cruise ships and local speedboats are allowed to spoil it and in the longer term damage the environment.

Beautiful view

In general, no complaints. We had a great stay. Very clean apartment. Amazing view from the balcony!We had no problems communicating with the property manager - very responsive. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage while the apartment was being cleaned. Swimming pool isn’t free as it belongs to the hotel and there is a charge which wasn’t mentioned. One more suggestion, bring your towels. Towels we were given, were hard as a rock. We stayed for 3 nts and decided not to rent a car - our mistake! I’d highly recommend to rent a car as it’s a very (!!!) steep area. You have to be in a decent physical shape to clime it. Nice restaurants by the sea. It wasn’t easy to find a taxi to bring us back to the apartment. If you’re beach people, bring water shoes. Definitely, take some tours. Kotor old town is only 10 min cab ride (10EU) plus and much to see around.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the sunset. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked great.During our stay, we had an issue with the water being turned off at night. This was due to a municipality issue, not the host. The property manager was quick to respond to our concerns and the water was turned back early the next day.

Welcome to this beautiful, clean, and modern apartment featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a small but fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy breathtaking views of Kotor Bay that you'll never forget. The beautiful waterfront promenade in Lower Dobrota is just a short walk from the apartment, perfect for relaxing strolls by the sea. Kotor Old Town is only a 6-minute drive away, making it easy to explore its historic streets, restaurants, and cafés. We will definitely be back!

Wohnung 44

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Gebäude in der dritten Reihe, daher Aussicht entspricht nicht den Bildern in der Beschreibung. Außerdem die Einrichtung ist nicht in der ganzen Wohnung luxeries, vor allem die Bäder. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr klein. Pool kostet zusätzliche Gebühren, wobei nicht alles komplett fertig ist. Waren enttäuscht.
