The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Paris, this charming 75 m² flat that can comfortably accommodate 6 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room (with shower, WC) and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- A bathroom with a bath
The flat is ideally located in Paris, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the flat in the Saemes Parking Reuilly-Diderot car park (paying car park), a 5-minute walk from the flat.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest metro station: Faidherbe - Chaligny, line 8, 280 m away (4 min walk)
- Nearest train station: Gare de Lyon 1.3 km away (18 min walk)
- Nearest airport: Charles de Gaulle airport 26 km away (47 min by car)
