Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room (with shower, WC) and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

Le Coin des Lecteurs Great place to stay. There are a few restaurants across the street and some train/bus stations all within an 8 minute walk and under. The place itself was very clean and the instruction book was very helpful. There is a washer to wash clothes! All the books are very nice to pick one up and read if you get bored and decide to stay in. I would stay again!

The host was very kind, supportive and prompt to respond on WhatsApp. 🙁 It is more like one queen bed, one sofa bed and the bed in the second room is not very comfortable for adults. But this was already mentioned when we rented the apartment."

The owner is very kind and very available to offer any kind of assistance. 🙁 As any apartment in Paris, for being old the floor is very noisy. It wouldn't be a problem for me if I wasn't travel with a 6 months old baby. It was unavoidable to do not waking him up when entering in the room. But that was a small detail to me comparing to the pleasant staying we had in family."

Il proprietario disponibile e presente ci ha dato tutte le info che servivano. La zona in cui si trova molto carina e piena di locali. Se dovessimo tornare a Parigi la prenderemo nuovamente di sicuro :)"
