The apartment was compact but had everything we needed to be comfortable in Paris. The views were wonderful and changed with the light. The location was close to everything but not noisy at all. Thank you David for being a great host.
Great location and easy to get anywhere from this location. Views are great and had everything we needed in a compact space. Would recommend this to couples who want to be on the move. David responded immediately to emails and was very helpful.
I surprised my wife with a trip to Paris this past August. I wanted to create a memorable trip by living as a Parisian for a few days in this wonderful city. We've had success with renting properties on VRBO before. After spending 4 days in David's apartment I can tell you this photos, description and reviews do not do it justice.
I don't even know where to begin with this review. We arrived at the flat after a redeye from the States. There was croissant and baguette waiting for us. The building is quite nice and the flat itself is very cute. Perfect sized for a couple and maybe 1 additional person. It is immaculate and comes with all of the amenities one could need.
The location is a stones throw from St. Michel, Notre Dame, St. Germain de Pres, the Latin Quarter; easy to get to from CDG. You name it! The high floor and central location allow for a wonderful perspective of the city. In the morning we would sit out on the balcony, drink our coffee and enjoy the sunrise. In the evening before bed, we would sit out on the other balcony and enjoy a night cap while watching the Eiffel tower light up.
Thank you David for making our trip to Paris such a success. We will return!
My husband and I had the great pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment and cannot say enough good things about the studio, and also the owner, David. He greeted us upon our arrival from the airport and made sure that we had everything we needed to get settled in, and even provided a fresh baguette, croissants and butter and jam as well as juice and yogurt. The views from the two balconies was gorgeous, and the bed super comfortable. We had a perfect stay!
What's more, David went above and beyond for us when I forgot my diamond earrings after we departed, and he ensured that my earrings made it home safe and sound. Thanks again for everything, David, and we highly recommend your beautiful apartment to anyone wanting a great stay in Paris.
My husband and I stayed in David's apartment for 3 nights before we went on a riverboat cruise. We could not have asked for anything better. The two balconies both have open views, including the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is very clean with a small kitchen area and a very nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable and everything about the apartment was cozy and made us feel like we were living right with the Parisians (which we were).
We met David when we arrived and he gave us many good tips about the area. He also had croissants, french bread, jams, milk, yogurt and juice stocked in the kitchen when we arrived. Very nice. We did a lot of exploring on our own, but we knew that David was nearby for any help that we may have needed.
We highly recommend this property for the location, cleanliness, view and the nice feeling of staying in a comfortable place that was a perfect little getaway in the middle of Paris. Thank you, David!
The apartment was just as described and looked beautiful. Perfect for a couple for a week's holiday. David had provided lovely breakfast supplies. Location and views couldn't be better - you really get a superb view of the Eiffel Tower from one balcony and it is so convenient for everything. Lovely to eat simple food in the apartment, as well as great restaurants nearby. We found the shops and market at Place Maubert especially good - great little boulangerie, patisserie, charcuterie etc - excellent and very close. We highly recommend this apartment!
