The location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and bars in the Gulch. Allen, the host was very responsive and polite. The house could have been cleaner and a few things did need repairs. The rooftop was aswesome! Walmart was 4 miles away so we did a Walmart Delivery for food and drinks. Overall it was great for 6 girls on a 5 day trip.
This was a nice place. There were small wear/tear issues and the box spring for one of the beds was broken by a previous tenant, but everything else was nice. We would stay here again.
Property was definitely showing wear and tear, it is clearly used for large groups and not well maintained - damage to walls, couch seat broken etc. Fine for our use as we were out most of the time but should be fixed up by rental company.
Location is great - short walk to the gulch and short Lyft/uber to Broadway. House was clean. Check in process was easy. House is in need of some repairs.
Excellent time in nashville. 6 min drive from broadway and many memorable times. Allen was an excellent host and answered all our questions quickly.

The house is in a good location close to downtown. Description of house was very accurate. Upgrades are being made to enhance future experiences. Owner was quick to respond and team member arrived as expected.
This property could easily be given 5 stars if it was maintained better. The mattresses were uncomfortable and bed frame broken in the basement. It is in a great location and the property management company was very responsive and helpful. The furniture is worn and the rooftop patio is not cared for or maintained with missing cushions etc.

Family Reunion
House had great space. However no single bath on 1st floor as the description implies . Not super clean or dirty just average.
The description also implied one extra double in the basement area and the trundle bed was broken and sagged.
The roof top was awesome but many stained or and missing couch cushions. The banquet table on the roof was broken. Regardless Everyone was here for fun and we made it work. The communication with property management was awesome. The home had all the essentials necessary and the location was fantastic!!!
The property was convenient to Broadway. Short drive. Home needs cosmetic improvements. General maintenance not up to par. Broken lamp shades. No towel bars in bathrooms. Shower curtains kept falling down. Broken blinds. Curtains on some windows. Wall microwave not working so there was another microwave sitting on chair. The photos show a much nicer arrangement than was provided.
The manager was friendly and quick to help us out with the fire pit that wasn't working. The home was cleaned well, and had plenty of space for our group of 12. However, the house is showing wear and tear throughout.
Beds and bedding were worn, furniture is stained, some doors don't open and close properly, light bulbs were burnt out in bathrooms and common area. Upstairs tvs had no cords attached to the roku so they were unusable unless you brought your own streaming system.
Upstairs deck had beautiful views but half the lights were burned out and the cushions were dirty and wet from rain. The storage box for them was full of water and old christmas lights. This home could easily be a 5 star with some TLC and new furniture.
Fun long weekend with the family from across the eastern part of the country. Good location and great time with the family. Communication and service was great from the rental agency. We would definitely stay here again.
