Snowbird Win!

Dipped our toes into snowbirding & this home has set the bar high! Wendy was the ultimate host & her home was impeccable…quality items, stocked home & beautiful decor. Communication was within minutes and the location was ideal for beach excursions. The community pool was large and daily activities were available. Didn’t want to leave!

Great Location Near Beaches

We loved the location and being near Ft Myers beach as well as Sanibel and Captiva Island. Tons of great restaurants and shopping nearby. The home is clean and nicely decorated. Owners are very kind and responsive. Kitchen was fully stocked and they provided lots of beach and recreation items to use. We enjoyed walks through the resort grounds and use of several amenities, such as beautiful pool area, Pickleball courts and corn hole. Residents are very friendly.

Wonderful in every way!

This experience was one of our best! Wendy was AWESOME to work with! She was quick to respond always! The property was in a 55+ community that is very welcoming and inviting! We took pickleball lessons, learned how to play Bocce ball, played bingo, enjoyed almost daily pool volleyball! This resort has A LOT going on! Location is great! Close to Sanibel, Bunche Beach and Ft. Myers Beach! Close to Aldi, Publix and great restaurants as well! This property was VERY WELL stocked including everything you need in a kitchen! Also everything you need for the beach and pool! We were sad to leave this property! Looking forward to staying again in the future! Thank you Wendy for hosting us!

RV Resort close to everything

We stayed in this property for 10 days in January. The home is very comfortable with two sofas and a recliner and ample dining space. Bedrooms are small but adequate. The location is very near the heated pool and clubhouse. You can walk safely around the resort and adjacent one as there isn't much traffic. Publix and Walmart and several restaurants are nearby. It's a close drive to Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. The owner Wendy was really helpful with getting us access to local stations for the nfl playoff games and was proactive in giving us access to heat when we had a few days of Florida winter. The wifi worked fine for Zoom calls etc but had some intermittent slowing issues with streaming on TV. The community consists of visitors from all over and people were friendly.

Just book it!!

I can not begin to emphasize how wonderful the owner of this property is. She accommodated my husband and I at last minute when we had a problem with another property (not on site and not hers). The home is so sweetly decorated with no need for any extras. We felt very comfortable and at home. The Siesta Bay community is absolutely wonderful!! EVERYONE we met there welcomed us with a smile and plethora of information. Many amenities. Very clean. Wendy provides beach towels, chairs, pool floaties and even spare sunscreen in case you’re in a pinch. Everything you could possibly need is provided for. The property is located steps from the pool. Many local activities and beaches within a short drive. Since it was “off season” the normal activities at the park such as Bingo, water exercise classes, etc were not offered but that had no bearing on our stay. We love the community so much we would consider buying when the time is right. In the meantime if we go back, I would absolutely stay in this vacation home again! We just can’t say enough about the owner and overall experience. Thanks again Wendy!! 😎

Great Rental Experience

From start to finish, this was a wonderful experience. The property is super cute with tons of space. The bikes, chairs, grill, pool noodles, etc. was a great little bonus.

A great getaway

We had a wonderful week here! It was great to have a pool and a quiet neighborhood to be away from the crowds at the beach, but still close enough to go there when we wanted to. Wendy has everything you need for a great stay. Comfortable beds, plenty of beach towels, a well equipped kitchen. Just as advertised. Great communication with the owners. Thanks for a great week!

Perfection

Where to begin? Our stay was so enjoyable from start to finish and the space was so comfortable for the four of us, with plenty of space that never felt crowded. We rode the bikes to Bunche Beach, we enjoyed the amenities of the park and the location was perfect for trips to Sanibel and Fort Meyers Beach. The beds were so comfortable, I slept better than I do at home. There is nothing you will need that is not provided and the proximity to the pool and shuffleboard courts was fantastic. We joined the shuffleboard group two mornings and played pool volleyball one afternoon. The people in this community are warm and welcoming so you feel at home right away. Very easy process checking in and out and Wendy was very communicative and a pleasure to deal with. Overall it is easy to assign this property a 10. Thanks for a great stay!

Sun and fun Christmas getaway

Cozy little Floridian decorative property that has everything you would need away from home. No need to bring anything but your clothes Wendy has thought of it and it's in the home from peaceful night cooking in to a sun fun beach day with towels , beach wagon and chairs. Home is close to the front by the office and steps from the pool. Great location to the beaches and Fort Myers city. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Definitely will return to this super cute property in the future.

We had the opportunity to stay in a friend’s property in Siesta Bay (Gateway to Sanibel) while looking for a condo on Sanibel. We fell in love with the people, the location and the amenities of Siesta Bay and decided to purchase here instead!
