Escape to this adorable house in picturesque Cape Coral. With 1 master bedroom with a king size bed and on suite bath, 1 guest bedroom with a king bed, 1 spare bedroom with a double bed and a twin bunk bed, and a comfortable queen murphy bed in the living room. This cozy retreat offers a serene atmosphere and great pool for guests to unwind. Enjoy the 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, tub, and hair dryers. Experience the magic of Cape Coral at our charming house. Our home includes the following…

Dish Network: You have full access to our dish network account on all TVs. You may also use your personal tv accounts on all of our 2 smart TVs.

Bikes / Electric Bikes: We have two electric bikes and one regular bike in the garage. Use them at your own risk. Please do not leave them unattended and return to their charger after every use.

Tiki Bar and Grill: The grill has a propane tank and side burners for your grill master.

Fire Table: The fire table on the lanai helps keep your toes warm on cool evenings.

Fishing Equipment: We do have fishing poles and small baits for our guests to use in our canal.

Fishing Guide: Personal fishing guide is available upon request. Please be specific on what you want to fish for. Contact him the day you arrive for best scheduling.

Turtles Island: Behind our home in the canal is a small turtle island. Please feel free to feed the fish, water fowl, and turtles.

Toys for the Kids: Kids toys are available for young ones to pass the time here or at the beach.

Beach Equipment: Beach equipment can be found in the garage. This includes sand toys, beach umbrellas, beach towels, beach tent, beach chairs, and beach wagon for your convenience.

Pool Toys: Pool toys are in the bin beside the house. Basketball / volleyball equipment for the pool is available as well as floats and pool pong.

Pack-and- Play: A pack and play unit is stored in the master closet for your use.

Pool Heater: Our pool is heated and takes 24 hours to come up to temperature depending on the air temperature.

Air Compressor: We do have an air compressor in the garage for your use as well as a car compressor for the beach.

Pool Fountains: Our pool has water feature fountains you can control. Turn on the valves at the pump and let the fun begin.

We strive to give you everything you need for your stay. Please let us know if anything is missing or broken the day you arrive. We will try to have it replaced if possible but it is not promised.

Our family of six had a great stay in this home. We loved the outdoor space. Being right on the canal was more of a highlight for our kids than expected. We spent hours fishing and watching the turtles, otters, etc.The house itself is very new, clean, and spacious. The pool and lanai are beautiful. The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you'll need. Everything was in good working order.The liason provided by the owners was also very responsive and attentive.We had a great time on our vacation and would rent this home again in the future.

We came to this property on a girls trip with 6 ladies. The house was set up perfectly for our group. We all had plenty of space to hang inside and out! We loved the pool and outdoor space. We also enjoyed that the 6 of us could be lounging with our feet up in the living room all at the same time!! We had such a great trip! Make sure you come and feed the turtles!

Great home with pool and tiki bar!

We enjoyed our stay at this Cape Coral home. The inside of the home is new, clean, and very well decorated. We spent most of our time out by the pool area. The pool had a nice sun deck that my family enjoyed. I really liked the tiki hut complete with nice gas grill and bar fridge. Great visit to Florida.

Quick Getaway

This property was amazing very clean, organized and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The location was very quiet and relaxing. We spent several evenings hanging out on the back patio and in the pool. We enjoyed several local restaurants The Lobster Lady, The Omelette House which are both a short drive from the property and Roseitta‘s Cantina on Sanibel Island.. I would highly recommend this as a vacation or getaway anytime of the year. The home is perfect to enjoy with family and friends. My husband and I will definitely be back.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed Ft Myers Beach, the convenience of our own pool, and ability to watch TV and not have to sign in to our own apps. Anything you may have needed was there for you to use. Excellent communication with the owners Steve,Debbie and Laura the personal property liaison which was a big help when we got there, showing us the house and how to make adjustments on pool if necessary.The property was excellent and the kids loved feeding the turtles and watching all the other fish and ducks.Will definitely keep this property in mind for future vacations.

WOW! Mr. Rustin has an incredible set up at this Cape Coral Paradise. All essentials were present & it was noted that a great deal of thought was put into the set up of the property. The neighborhood/area is safe, clean, and convenient. The canal access for fishing was awesome for there is so much wildlife to observe. The pool was perfect, and the pool maintenance came as scheduled with no disruption to our stay. The landscaping is beautiful and the landscaping care team came as scheduled with no disruption to our stay. You will find yourself lost in the beautiful sunsets that reflect off of the canal and pool which you have an up close view to either relaxing in the well furnished lanai or in the cozy living room. This gem is centrally located to many different attractions and beaches. A water park 10 minutes away which is not only fun for the kids but adult friendly as well. Matlacha is just a skip away and you can find eclectic scenery and have a blast fishing the bridges with the locals. Sanibel and the lighthouse is worth the small drive through the beautiful town and will not disappoint. Parks, and trails are sprinkled all over Cape Coral making for endless options during your days out. But don't think you have to leave the property. I promise...you will lose track of time soaking up the sun by the pool, enjoying a cool drink at the tiki Hut, laughing during the games provided, or casting a line. Thank you again, Mr. Rustin. We are a large family from Indiana that love to share our home so more people can enjoy the Fort Myers / Cape Coral area. We love all the great places to eat and the local night life. Relaxing at the pool and enjoying the quiet neighborhood we live in.

Why they chose this property

We love the outside lanai as well as the heated pool with fountains that overlooks a fresh water canal. The mature landscape and well kept home is a must experience. We have a great covered Tiki Grill and bar area including a drink station and party lights.

What makes this property unique

We do offer electric bikes so you can scoot around the City of Cape Coral and visit the local eateries, public beaches, and parks. Fish in the canal for Peacock Bass, Large Mouth Bass, Carp, Snook, and many other species. We have lots of small wildlife on our property. Keep your eyes out for them and marvel at their ways of life.
