We enjoyed a great house with fun backyard.

This home was great for our stay. We loved the backyard amenities. The kitchen was awesome and had all the equipment you could need and more. Ice machine was particularly impressive! Water bottles were full of ice both days we were there. We were there in the heat and so the air conditioning was great but the fan is pretty loud. I didn't think it actually woke anyone up, but can be noisy during the day too. The house is a very comfortable stay for a family with games and activities to help entertain. The hosts are very responsive and attentive to any needs or concerns you have. (I forgot to let them know the bathtub wasn't draining very well, but they might just have it fixed by now) Great grocery store just a few minutes away. Also highly recommend the Utah Shakespeare festival and disc golf in the area. Just wished we had more time to explore the parks nearby. Might have to go back.

From Florida

Rented for a month. If you want to cover a lot of Utah this is centrally located. We hit all the national parks, Los Vegas, Grand Canyon, and Hoover Dam. Clean and nice place plus we had room to park our 38’ motor home

Spring break visit

This is a great home for travel in this part of Utah. We went to Zion and St. George and enjoyed restaurants in Cedar City. Would recommend this home to anyone that would need a place to stay in Cedar City.

Awesome stay for entire family

We stayed here for just over a week. This property was perfect for what we wanted, plenty of parking and plenty of living space, easy access to the property and home. The host provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 10/10

Great place to stay!

We loved our time staying here. The kitchen was very well stocked, with some great additions like to go coffee cups and a few snacks on arrival. Our kids loved playing in the game room and we all had fun playing together in the backyard. The sport court is awesome! The house is in a great location for exploring the area.

Wonderful Property

We only stayed a few days, but we loved this property. It was clean and cozy. The kids had so much fun with the arcade games and pickle ball court. And the kitchen was the most well-stocked of any rental we've ever stayed at. We loved the country feel and the quiet of the area.

Amazing Sports Court, home like feel!

We travel a lot for softball tournaments and this was a favorite!! After a long day is softball the girls got to relax and play some pickle ball!! Cute home like feel with all the amenities!! Lovely home!

Homey and peaceful.

We were there for the Shakespeare Festival. The location was about 10-12 minutes away. We had a lot of room. There were two dinning tables. We used one for puzzles that were worked on all the time. We used the pickle ball court too. The air conditioning worked great during the 100 degree weather. It was enjoyable and fun.

Summer Games Stay

If you're headed to Cedar City w/ your family or group of friends, this is the place to be!!! They've got everything you need on the property for fun and relaxation. Lots of space for kids play, with an awesome yard and sports court area. Inside is spacious and comfortable for a large group. There's also games inside for everyone to play and enjoy their stay. The house is very well kept and clean. Shaun is an amazing host!!! We had some issues w/ our travel dates but he was very understanding and super helpful! We'll definitely be coming back to this property again the next time we head to Cedar City.

Very comfortable

Myself and two others were in Cedar City for some training. We stayed in this home for the entire week. It was very comfortable and had plenty of space for us each to break off on our own to study but then also had great communal space. Would definitely stay here again.

We acquired this beautiful home next door inspired by a real-life angel—a nod to our 18-year-old son, who has special needs due to Angelman Syndrome.

This home not only serves as a haven for us but also accommodates visiting family and friends.

We are dedicated to providing a cozy sanctuary for you to unwind after a day full of adventures.

We wanted to share a quick note about our wonderful son, Colton, who has Angelman Syndrome and may not fully understand concepts like property lines.

We truly cherish him, and many of our guests adore him as well.

While we hope this doesn't occur, please know that he may sometimes approach you spontaneously, offering a friendly wave or a grunt from our side of the fence.

If he pays you an unexpected visit, please contact us via phone or in person.

He doesn’t speak, so if he doesn’t respond, please don’t take it personally—he means no harm. Thank you for your understanding and kindness!
