It was very close to the beach and to Belmont Park. My kids had a blast and it was nice to be able to just walk out and get on the beach.

The location is great. The size of the place was actually larger than expected. The garage was smaller but worked out perfect to put all of our beach gear in there. Belmont park is close by for parking but does have some parking restrictions so be careful. The beach house is close to Belmont but no noise issues at all. The place had a ton of box fans in the closets which helped with the humidity we experienced. The kitchen was extremely helpful and we were able to save some money on meals by cooking at the beach house. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location to the beach. Needing windows open on a second floor due to heat and lack of ac makes it difficult with kids due to placement of windows next to bed and right behind couch. Otherwise nice unit and convenient location.

Overall it wasn’t a bad place. Close proximity to the beach. Close to belmont park. The one thing that I didn’t know or maybe overlooked. That it was a second floor unit. Probably might not have rented if id known. But in the end, no big deal. The BBQ on the deck is basically trash, so we didnt use it. The unit itself worked well for our family of four.

First I just want to say we had a wonderful time in SanDiego/Mission Beach. The home was cozy, plenty of kitchen items to cook and prepare meals. Nice updated appliances. There were a few things that could be changed... it's upstairs so it gets quite warm during the day especially without AC. There is 4 box fans which helps move cooler air in the evening so just spend time at the beach until it cools down. The place could use a good dusting.. the ceiling fans are in dire need of a good cleaning. I know there is a lot of moisture in the beach air but lots of items could use a new coat of paint. The shower was ice cold then burning hot and hard to adjust to a good temp. Only 3 beach towels. The air mattress that was provided didn't have a way to pump it up, not enough extra blankets either. We were 4 adults each sleeping on our own. Which made space cramped but we made it work. The garage is very hard to get in and out of, we had a Hyundai Elantra and it just barely fit. You can't see the beach but you can hear the waves. The beds were comfortable. We purchased more TP and paper towels. The apartment was kind of hard to find and we didn't get a very quick or a response at all over messages (I didn't try calling though cause we just happened to find it after opening several gates ) Overall it was a great stay and I'd definitely stay again so don't let the small things detour your choice to stay at Robert's property just nice to know these things!!

Had some hiccups in the beginning but hose made it right and quicky at that. Location was by far the best for the beach, Sea World and the zoo. Never had more than a 15-20min drive for anything we wanted to do.

Great place to stay. Kitchen has everything you need even a crockpot. Bbq was clean which is usually not the case at other VRBO’s that I have stayed in. Excellent host. This is our 3rd time staying here and will be back!

Apartment was well appointed with everything you would need for the stay. Position to the beach is amazing and is just a 2 minute walk. Everything else is in walking distance.
