I used to live in VB and still come back for business often. This was a great stay, close to work, family, and fun. Easy check in. The unit was accurate to the pictures listed. It was nice to enjoy our free time in walking distance to everything fun. Perfect place to stay to visit the beach with a dog. We hope to stay again!

Family getaway

Was a great little place for my daughter and I to get away and enjoy the beach. The vibe area is great. Very safe! Short walk to the beach and shops are all around you. Alot of local businesses. The place was nicer than the pictures and everything we needed was there. I will stay again!

Great Fireworks View!

Roomy, well-equipped upstairs unit ideal for individual or a couple. Couple of minor issues--pull on the door handle to get the lock to open or close--that didn't detract from the property. View of the beachfront fireworks from the big deck.

Im sure that the listing showed a ramp going to upper level but there were 2 sets of stairs. Some things needed: directions for the 2 TV REMOTES

508B bungalow

We struggled numerous times with the key lock on the door. It’s a nice place to stay, but they need to cater to people that travel. Could have some beach towels. Needs more kitchen, utensils, and pots and pans for people that cook. Just thought I would share that information instead of complaining. We Overall, had a great time in Virginia Beach.

Adorable comfortable home

This property met our every need. We were totally comfortable within a few hours of arriving. Two minor problems were immediately fixed by the property managers within a short time of us notifying them. We used the house as a home base and day tripped all over the Virginia coast. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores within 5 minutes driving. Despite being near the boardwalk with a brewery across the street, the home was quiet and peaceful. Thanks to the owners for sharing!

Good location

Good little place to stay, lots of local eating nearby, brewery right across the street which closes at 10pm so no late night wake up at closing time, we sat on the deck and watched the open mike night. Badass coffee was a good early morning walk with the dogs, best coffee around and you can’t beat Java surf for breakfast. My only concern would be that there is no way to separate the upstairs and Downstairs outside spaces if both rentals have pets, we never had an issue but we used our dog crate to block the top of the stairs just in case. We had a great time, the rental team was quick to respond to our questions and we would recommend this property.

Long weekend in March

Good except initial difficulty getting door open. Upper pane of bedroom window wouldn’t stay shut letting in cold air.

Hi Dan, thanks for letting me know about the window. I just submitted a work order to have that taken care of. And I am glad we worked out the way to enter the keycode successfully. We've worked very hard to receive five stars - we deep cleaned, purchased new decor and furnishing, purged all things from this house to declutter and make more comfortable. We steamed the kitchen and bathroom tile through a professional company. I am disappointed to see we were worth four stars given the beyond we went for the user keypad help, the internet repair (of which we have updated the equipment and installed a completely new router) and general house attention to detail overall. Please come back and see us again soon so we can prove our five star worthiness!

Perfect location with some disturbing cleanliness issues

The location and neighborhood for this location were perfect for our stay and we loved the convenience. However, we found dark mold in the air conditioning units upon arrival. We contacted the managers and they said they’d send someone to clean it, but they never did. We also found numerous cockroach-like insects through the property indoors. Great for location, not so great for cleanliness.
