Sun and Fun in Cape Coral

Dmitry's place worked out great for our guys trip. The beds were comfy and the pool was great and just the right temperature. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for a great time.

March Mini Resort

The pictures of this property did not do it justice....the house far exceeded our expectations. The pool was spectacular. We left yesterday and miss it already! Dmitry was very responsive, and a wonderful host. We wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

This home was perfect for our stay. It had all the comforts of home. Our host has thought of all the tools and utensils needed to be able to cook or bake. Everything was very clean. The pool was 85 degrees as promised. And Demitry was very responsive to our needs and questions. We loved our stay in this home. I highly recommend this home to others.

It was for the most part a good stay. A few problems but we’re resolved while there. Gas on grill was close to going empty some light switches didn’t work?? Pool was chilly at check in but host got it heated after contacting him. Water leak in garage but was fixed also while there. Overall a pretty nice place.

Disappointed swimming pool was not heated when we arrived. Was unable. To use it for most of our stay. Advertised as 4 bedrooms. 4th bedroom 2smalll singles with no where to put any clothes. Not ideal for 2 adults. Was difficult to watch sports with no cable tv
