Loved loved loved this house! Stayed for a week and could not have been happier. Well, maybe if a dolphin had swam by but hey, can't have everything! Super clean, incredibly well stocked and ready for guests. The kitchen has everything and I mean everything! A wide selection of cooking tools ranging from the typical pots and pans to a stand mixer and even a crock pot if you want to go there. And knives that are actually sharp! Loved the labeling on the kitchen shelves so you knew where everything went. Modern appliances and again, everything was super well cared for and clean.Bedrooms are wonderful - spacious with nice bedding and ceiling fans in each room. Bathrooms have hotel style dispensers so you don't have to bring your own bath and shampoo products. Plenty of towels for both showering and the pool.And oh the pool! Our host had it heated to 85 and it was perfect! And so many seating options including a fire table. We spent a lot of time out there and used the grill (plenty of propane!) many nights. With the channel overlook and the pretty nighttime pool lights we felt like we were at a private resort. While we did not use the game room in the garage it was a nice touch. We did use the washer and dryer though lol. It was so convenient to have that option. 2000% recommend this property and hosts to anyone looking for an awesome stay in Cape Coral. You won't be disappointed
