Secluded, 3 bedroom 2 bath condo, on cul de sac, walk to Memorial Park and Five Points. 2.5 miles to UGA stadium. 2.1 miles to the UGA Golf Course, driving range, and practice facilities. 3 miles to the Georgia Botanical Gardens.
The living room features 3 recliners, comfortable seating for 6, and a 75 inch Samsung Smart TV for watching movies and main event(s). The Master bedroom features a queen bed with sitting area and desk with computer monitor. Bedroom 2 features a full over full bunk bed, a wall mounted tv, and small desk. Bedroom 3 features a cozy queen bed and a spacious desk with WiFi printer.

Had a very enjoyable stay. The condo is in a great location relative to the campus and stadium. It was clean and well kept. The host was very responsive and kept in communication throughout our stay. Checking in and out was seamless. It was a little pricey, but I would absolutely recommend this condo to others.

We stayed at Keith’s condo for a parents weekend for our daughter. It was the perfect location to enjoy the UGA campus and particularly little five points area. The condo was clean, well aportioned and had absolutely everything we could’ve wanted for the weekend. Keith was a great host and checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. Will definitely plan on being back!!!

I chose this neighborhood primarily for the secluded yet terribly convenient location close to Memorial Park, Five Points, and the University of Georgia campus. I actually worked at UGA for over 10 years and enjoyed commuting through the neighborhood by bike the majority of those years.
