Welcome to the Aquarius Retreat at Windsor Hills Resort. One of the most popular vacation destinations that is conveniently located near all the attractions. A short drive to the Walt Disney World Parks (7 miles) and then zip north to Universal Studios and Seaworld (15 miles). The gated community offers an array of amenities including a resort size pool and hot tub, brand new multimillion dollar water park with dueling water slides, a splash zone, athletic parks plus a ton more!

This vacation villa is elevated above the community with a unique, private view AND fantastic firework display by Magic Kingdom and Epcot. It is a newly designed one-story, 4 bedroom with 4 en-suite bathrooms, lounge area, and a garage converted into a game room. Step outside and enjoy the Florida tropical weather under the oversized, well-ventilated lanai. Cool off by jumping into your private pool or relieve those theme park aches and pains by relaxing in the heated spa (heated pool can be added for an additional charge.)

This villa was creatively organized to ensure you have everything you need for a magical getaway with family or friends.

From the moment you book your dates, the vacation begins! You and your family will be fully prepared for your visit. Work hard then its time to play hard and as an avid traveler, we understand what it takes to have that checklist completed to feel the weight come off your shoulders. This home is complete with its smart capabilities and your own personal virtual concierge service which will be available at your finger tips or voice command.

Please hang all used towels and wash cloths around the shower or on the hooks behind the doors. Or if you have time you can start washing the towels. It will allow our team to get a head start.
You can leave the linens on the bed...we will take care of that for you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Copies of driver's licenses of adults in the party must be provided within 24 hours of booking for entry into the Windsor Hills Resort. Max 3 cars
Use of cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping on/in the property is prohibited. Violators will be evicted without a refund and fined $300 for smoke removal.
Guest must read and agree to ALL terms of the rental agreement at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in the cancelation of the booking.

Beautiful property, very close to Walt Disney World and many restaurants, as well as Publix, Target, Walmart, etc. House was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Our host was wonderful. Great communication, and responsiveness. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay near the World.

This is our favorite home in Windsor Hills. The neighborhood itself is great- secure with many activities available, and this home is situated within WH in such a way that it is quiet yet very accessible. Private heated pool and hot tub, as well as a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable living spaces are top notch. The view of Disney fireworks at night is a perfect bonus! Dana, the owner, is exceptionally responsive and kind. This was our 3rd stay in this home and I have never been disappointed!

Fantastic house in a great spot!

The house is only minutes from Disney. The resort is amazing. Our favorite part was the heated pool. Dana was a great host.

Great House for a Disney trip!

We loved staying at this house for our Disney Trip. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and felt like we had plenty of room to spread out. The location to the parks was fantastic, pool was great especially after a long day at Disney and the host was very responsive to any messages that were sent to her. Would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Amazing house

We had a great stay in this home! It was just as described in the listing, with the added bonus of a Christmas tree all set up and decorated!! Outstanding location and accommodation. Dana was exceptionally responsive and helpful! We will be booking another stay in this home very soon!

Location - location - location Close to everything … had I been going to Disney Parks, I would have likely stayed on property - but since we were there for dance - we did not. The place itself was roomy and fit our needs - even though we didn’t use the bunk bed room - I love that toys were provided for guests.The host said their cleaner was hospitalized - so I understand - but 2 bathrooms were dirty - the showers need de-calcified. There also appeared to be dog hair on a bed - we just didn’t use the comforter. Besides this - my only other comment is for a home at this price point, certain amenities shouldn’t be “bring your own” like paper towel or toilet paper .. had I flown and not drove A that means a trip to Walmart (which is like a mile away) becomes a must.Don’t get me wrong - would totally stay here again - just providing th best feedback I can.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and safe, with us feeling secure with security provided at the gate. The outside space was good, with a nice warm pool all the time. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. We loved the easy drive to Disney, shops and restaurants. Universal was not a long drive either.The property was not particularly clean on arrival. The towels were well worn and not particularly fresh even after washing and the bed linen didn't smell fresh either.

Great house in a perfect location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this adorable home! The location was perfect with very quick access to the parks, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. All of the rooms were cozy, clean, and well equipped. Our kids loved the bunk room and that there were toys in the room they could enjoy while we were there. The property management team were so easy to work with too. We loved our stay and can't recommend them enough!

Thanksgiving at Disney

Had a great stay at Aquarius Retreat over Thanksgiving. Dana was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as advertised. Clean, well appointed, and comfortable. We paid for pool heat and once it got up to speed it was perfectly warm for our entire stay. We would stay here again!

It was perfect!

In town for Dance Competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports and location was perfect. The property is laid out perfectly for a group with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. There were only two Moms and we were busy the whole time but the pool and hot tub were just like the pictures even if we never got in! Thank you so much for sharing your place with us.

Exceeded our expectations

We were in the Orlando area for a cheerleading competition and to also go to Disney.This property was 20 minutes to the Orange County Convention Center and 10 minutes to Disney. The location was more than amazing! We felt safe as the neighborhood is gated. The check in process was so easy and quick. The pool was so nice to relax in after being on our feet all day. The house was so clean and comfortable! Our bed was amazing, and our pillows were so comfy. There is nothing bad I can say about our stay at all. Dana was so responsive when I would send her a text. My family can’t wait to go back next year. I highly recommend this property!! 100/10

Great location for Disney trips

House was as described and we enjoyed our stay. Great location with Walmart, Starbucks, restaurants, and of course the parks close by. Hot tub was welcome at the end of a Disney day. If you order Starbucks on the way to the park give it at least 20 minutes lead time. The house was neat and tidy and the beds very comfortable. We found it a little odd that there was no dish detergent or scrub brushes/sponges (I know you want guests to clean!) but the house was missing nothing else!

Close to Disney Parks & spacious for a family!

This house is a great value for the location, size and space. The house has lots of room, and a great family room space (actually 2). The host was friendly and very responsive, which was very appreciated. As clearly stated in the description, cleaning items are not provided. We brought our own, but found many of the dishes needed to be cleaned before we used them.Additionally, some of the sheets/towels could be freshened up and housekeeping could pay a little more attention to cleaning in general.We loved the proximity to all of the Disney Parks and the space the house provided. It is in a very nice gated community as well, and we felt quite safe.We would definitely consider staying again.

The house was beautiful and clean. Our entire group of 8 had comfortable places to be, and having the pool onsite was great. Last but not least - Dana was responsive and easy to work with.

Beautiful well equipped home

Great location, very well equipped and well appointed home. Lots to do in the neighborhood, very close to Disney and restaurants etc.. We loved the pool and the view of the fireworks. Owners were great to deal with and very responsive.

The property was wonderful. The kids really enjoyed the waterslide on the resort property. The spa was wonderful after a long day at the parks. It was nice to see the fireworks at night.
