We had a wonderful trip, family of 9. Plenty of room for all. The proximity to Disney was great. Somedays we all drove there together, and then some used ride share to go back to house. Subdivision pool and amenities were great. Host very responsive. Only complaint was carpet, needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. Pool at house clean and enjoyable.

Our stay was nice, when we arrived there was an issue with the air conditioner, I contacted the host and the issue was resolved in less than an hour. The house was nice aside from a few stains on the carpet. My real only complaint is the bottom and sides of the pool was so rough it tore everyone's feet up so much so I had to use Neosporin and Band-Aids. The pool was nice. It just really needs refinished with a smoother bottom and sides. Overall we had a great stay.

Big house, well equipped for children, nice heated pool with safety fence. The movie theatre/games room was lots of fun. Annie was very quick to respond when we contacted her. We certainly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time at this home and the host is exceptional always responding soon and clearly explains all details. This is an amazing home and I’ll have you as priority for my next stay en Orlando or Kissimmee FL.

We had a great time staying in this huge home! Having your own heated pool/hot tub was fantastic. Host communication was outstanding! She kept us up to date and provided all necessary information. The complex was really nice too, and convenient to all things Disney. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great and the kids loved the swimming pool and the pool table. We had a hard time getting them to leave the house! Nice overall experience.

We had holes in the screen door to where a raccoon came in and scared the toddlers in the pool area. They eventually fixed the screened closer to the end of our stay so we stayed out the pool and went elsewhere. Very scary experience for my first timer.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how an unexpected wildlife encounter could be unsettling. As is common throughout Florida, raccoons and other wildlife can occasionally be attracted to outdoor areas when food or snacks are left outside. For that reason, we encourage all guests to bring food indoors and avoid leaving anything unattended around the pool or patio areas. We'd also like to reassure future guests that this was an isolated incident and not something we have experienced previously at the property. The screen has since been repaired, and guests have continued to enjoy the outdoor spaces without issue. We appreciate you choosing our home and wish your family safe travels.

Disney Fun!

Came with our adult children, my husband and my mother, everyone had a great time. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to prepare meals and have fun. We loved the pool and game room. Highly recommend!

Very convenient to the Disney parks and resorts and it Fit our price point and basic needs. No frills. This is obviously a house that sees a lot of renters. Could use a few upgrades, particularly the mattresses. Owner very responsive. Besides a surprise visit from a palmetto bug in the upstairs bath, all was fine. After all, it IS Florida!

Great Location for Disney!

Plenty of room for everyone. The kids and adults were able to make use the heated pool and hot tub in spite of the cool weather. The game room was a hit with everyone as well. Beautiful gated community with nice community amenities… very close to restaurants and shopping.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Annie’s villa in Orlando! The house was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.Annie was an incredible host. Her communication was excellent from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even helping us find an emergency dentist when we had an unexpected issue. She truly couldn’t have done more for us.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area.
