Located on the first floor and delighted with everything you need for a relaxing stay for two, the Duke Suite is bright with large south-facing windows and a queen-sized sleeping nook turned cozy alcove. Watch cable or login to your favorite streaming service on the 40" pivoting flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with cooking basics, under-counter refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner electric cooktop, and Nespresso coffee maker. Hair dryer and handheld steamer included in each suite and laundry facilities in the building are available to all guests.

Great Property, Manager Lied and promised discount.
We stayed for a night in the Prince Street Inn. The inn itself was nice, well kept. Two days before our stay the manager contacted us and told us the hot water heater was broken and no hot water would be available during our stay. As it was too late to book another residence, we asked for a discount so that we could pay use showers elsewhere. The manager promised us a ~30% discount for the inconvenience. The discount was never processed, even with multiple attempts to contact the owner. With each attempt he said he would
"Reach out to VRBO to ensure they processed it." after the 3rd time reaching out to him we have decided to leave this review to warn others.
