Perfect location in Brickell.

This condo has one of the best views available from Brickell Bay back over to Biscayne. Easy walk to restaurants and entertainment. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Perfect spot.

Great place!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone/any group of friends who are looking for a Miami getaway. The wraparound deck provided a great view of the water and the city. We loved that the city center was less than a 10 minute walk from the condo. Overall, the property was well kept and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Choice

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The views were terrific and the amenities were great. It was a pleasant surprise to find out there was a washer and dryer inside the condo and we didn't have to go use the complex's laundromat. Worked out great for us!

Amazing Stay

We stayed here during one of the busiest times in Miami. It did not disappoint. So many places are walking distance and it is such a beautiful area. The vrbo itself was in great condition and very spacious. Perfect for 6 people. The host was exceptional and was a phone call or text away. She ensures we had all questions answered at all times. Thank you so much I would love to stay here again

Great place

Really happy to stay here. It was a lovely apartment in a great area. The building itself is mostly full of short-term rentals so it's pretty convenient and you don't have to worry about being honest to front desk folks. Only issue I had was around communication: I booked this place about 9 months in advance and didn't have any of my questions answered until about a week or two ahead of checking in and having VRBO's help. From that point, communication was super easy and that aside, I had a great experience. Thank you!

Great location

The location was fantastic - quick ride from MIA via an Uber, walking distance to Starbucks, ocean front walking, and great restaurants. Owners were very responsive via the VRBO app and even accommodated an early check in for us. Check in process was confusing and should be more clear between the owners and the front desk. We had trouble getting the parking pass, key and fob for the building. Would have been great to have some basic info on a sheet of paper inside the condo for reference - i.e. *Front desk phone number *Router name/password for wifi *Basic TV instructions *Which floor the gym/pool was on *Recommendations for restaurants/bars

Outstanding location, awful access issues

The location of the unit could not have been better. It is right on the water in the heart of Brickell. The balcony is huge and the one pool on the 14th floor is heated. The lack of communication from the owner and the sharing of ONE Fob and electronic key issues nearly ruined the trip. We had to continually coordinate with each other when leaving the unit. Repair issues with the sliding glass door to the balcony - took TWO of us to open and close the door.

Confusing check-in but great place!

Great spot! Only small snag was the check-in instructions need a little bit more clarity. It states to speak to the attendant at the front desk and let her know there's keys waiting for you. The attendant stated that was absolutely not the case. We were so confused for a few minutes and thought maybe we had read the instructions incorrectly... Instead just let her know what floor you're going to. She'll buzz you into the elevator and once you're at the apartment text the host and he'll let you in. We had no car to check-in for parking so all we needed was to get into the apartment. But overall, great spot and amazing view!!!
